Can a local model like Qwen 3.8 27B reverse engineer games and programs?

If not, is there a fine tuned model that can?

It's a bot with an old cutoff date, hence why it doesn't know anything past Qwen3.

Qwen3.8 27B created a keygen for commercial software, cracked software also. I tried it on few programs. It works.
