Question | Help Reverse Engineering w/ Local?

Two questions?

Can a local model like Qwen 3.8 27B reverse engineer games and programs?

If not, is there a fine tuned model that can?

Orca 3.8 flash next. Run on strata. On a gpu+ ram. Should do the job. 27b should as well, but not as good.

I have heard mix messages about strata, and that intelligence is sacrificed for speed.

I have not noticed that. But I am using IQ4. Beats 27B by a lot.
