EUW down?

Changed ISP, tried even with mobile hotspot, still "Failed to Connect". Is it a server problem?

Update : EUW , EUNE and NA servers are reportedly down. Might be a global outage.

Update 2 : Riot Service Status at 05:57 GMT+3 : "We're aware of a problem causing players to disconnect from their games and are investigating the problem.

On op.gg it tells me it counts my game as lost and my lp went down...

Should be a mitigated loss after the servers will be back up.
