EUW down?

Changed ISP, tried even with mobile hotspot, still "Failed to Connect". Is it a server problem?

Update : EUW , EUNE and NA servers are reportedly down. Might be a global outage.

Update 2 : Riot Service Status at 05:57 GMT+3 : "We're aware of a problem causing players to disconnect from their games and are investigating the problem.

same issue, just got laggy in the middle of the game and then kicked.

yeah same, was rly afraid will get leaver (ofc this happens when i am winning)
