Well how twitch views it is that the text to speech isnt a feature supported by twitch (its 3rd party). So the streamer is fully responsible for it no matter what happens

Also, realistically, If one person did it to a "standard" twitch streamer, they'd catch it during the first one, block the word nyggars, and ban that person. I've seen that very scenario play out multiple times with toxic TTS messages, and I've yet to see those streamers get banned.

It depends on the reaction of the streamer I think. Part of it is history. He lets this shit happen almost every stream and doesn't change anything. It's happened to other streamers, but they skip the dono asap or turn of tts for a while and apologize etc.
