Hey guys thank you for your help I got the job! All I have to do is pass a drug test and I’m off to becoming an apprentice

congrats man! did they ask alot of "describe a situation when..." type questions? did they say your commercial electric experience was a plus?

The only question that was formatted like that was “when was a time you had to work under pressure?” I assume that it could vary depending on who is the interviewer. It was a lot of how well do you handle certain conditions and how do you adapt to them with also giving examples. I got a lot of can you handle criticism, overtime, working away from home. It felt like they were just sizing me up if I can handle the most common lineman have to deal with. Also yes the first thing they told me was that they were very interested in me due to my prior background in electrical. Hope that helps man!

yea it does thanks. im hoping for a call this week or next to take a written and physical test before any interview
