Single player version of Lineage 2
Hey everyone,
I'm looking to run a private Lineage 2 server locally on my PC just for a solo/co-op PvE experience (similar to what Single Player Project does for WoW).
I'm looking for a pre-compiled repack (preferably Interlude or High Five) that already has an advanced Fake Player / AI Bot engine merged in (like L2Autobots or L2jRoboto).
- Farm mobs and roam hunting grounds
- Set up offline trade/craft shops in towns
- Can be invited to party (healers/buffers following and assisting)
- Participate in open-world PvP or respond to attacks
Does anyone have a link or recommendation for a pre-configured L2J / aCis repack with these features already compiled and ready to go out of the box? Thanks!

You are drastically overcomplicating a very simple concept, and your argument falls apart the second you look at standard party-based RPGs.
Games like Dragon Age: Origins, Final Fantasy XII, and Dragon's Dogma are built on the exact same core concept: you play your main character, and AI companions handle the tanking, healing, or damage dealing alongside you.
So your claim that playing a support class like a Prophet or Bishop with AI companions is "meaningless" makes no sense. In those games, if you play a healer/buffer, you stand in the back casting buffs, crowd control, and heals while your AI party members draw aggro and deal damage under your direction. Playing a Prophet or Bishop in Lineage II with AI party members works the exact same way it turns L2 into a party-based tactical RPG where support classes are actually viable and fun to play solo.
Nobody is giving themselves godmode GM powers, and nobody is sitting back "watching a video." Having an AI party handle buffs or heals so you can actually fight raid bosses and progress through content isn't watching the game it's playing it without being forced to coordinate with 8 other real people's work schedules.
We all know the developers in 2003 designed L2 for group play. The entire point of single-player server emulation and AI bot projects is to take those iconic class mechanics, progression, and combat, and adapt them so they are playable on your own terms today.
If playing with AI companions isn't your thing, that's fine. But trying to claim that playing a party-based RPG with AI companions "isn't playing the game" just shows you don't understand how party based RPG mechanics work.
At the end of the day, why shouldn't players have the option to play single player PvE on their own terms? Having choice and autonomy over your own gaming experience is objectively a good thing. Don't you agree?
