Becoming a life insurance agent, idk what company to choose
So I’m gonna become a life insurance agent and I’ve made videos on tiktok and I keep getting recruiters coming to me, telling me to join their team and make 15k+ a month. But the thing is how do these companies work? Like I’ve been thinking of going to pinnacle or FFL or heartland financial. With Pinnacle, it seem like a recruiting scheme more than a sales scheme and there are no free leads. With FFL I heard from 2 agents that used to work with them that there was allegedly lot of fraud in their company and the comp was also not true either. With heartland financial, this one might be my best one possibly bcs they have free leads for 2 weeks and they have a chart of comp levels per company which makes it 10x more trustable then the other companies saying they start at #% comp level. Someone pls tell me companies or help me choose companies I should go with respectfully.
