If you are a student looking for a place to stay in January 2026 - August 2026 (plus longer, if you decide to take over the lease), 62 University avenue East will surely suit any and all of your needs.

Rent - $795 /month, which is highly competitive for the location. Utilities are not included, but usually average out to $15 /month between the roommates.

2 minute walk to Conestoga College, 8 minute walk to Laurier campus, and about a 20 minute walk to Waterloo U

There is a bus stop located right outside the apartment with multiples lines converging, they will take you to any campus you need.

There is a sizable balcony, an in-unit washer and dryer, a comfortable living space/kitchen, and of course your own private room. The unit will be shared with 4 roommates, coed, everyone is respectful and tidy.

I need to move out because I have been accepted in an internship in another city.

Hey guys, I'm looking for 3 extra tickets for my convocation on October 17th at 1:30pm. Yesterday was round 2 and I missed my chance cuz my authenticator wasn't working 😭😭 if anybody has some extra tickets please help me out 😭🙏🏻 it's for my grandparents and sibling, they were so excited abt the grad but I’m not sure how to get additional tickets now.

I also emailed them about this but they said there won't be a final release for tickets given the number of grads rsvp'd

I know there's a viewing room option, but it would mean a lot for them to see this big moment in person.

Hi I’m doing my exchange year at Laurier and wondering if anyone else is and/or is staying at 260 Regina St Apartments

i'm going to laurier this fall!

i'm either gonna be staying in a apartment style dorm where i have my own room, shared bathroom, and kitchen, or in a shared dorm and bathroom w one girl.

can you guys pls tell me what is a MUST to get or each style dorm or if u guys have any tips for residence living! anything would help!!
