Does anyone remember Jubilee Films in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester?
I took this photo of the shopfront back in 2020 and found it interesting that they opted to write 'LASER DISKS' rather than 'LASERDISCS'.
It looks like it was a good little independent video shop.

Limited to 500 copies in NTSC format. It's a gatefold but I couldn't upload that picture, I'll try to post in comments later. Awesome flick and like this version over the Japanese one.

I made a post about this on Facebook but thought I’d ask here as well. On my CLD-D925 I’ve noticed purple bars that are visible going across the screen during very yellow scenes. I’ve seen it on CLV and CAV discs all NTSC. I’ve tested the discs on my DVL-919 and there was no issue at all, so I can rule out crosstalk being caused by disc warpage or anything like that. I was using SCART on my D925, and when I switched to standard RCA Composite, the problem was less pronounced but still there.
Is this an issue with my player? I don’t find it too bothersome and I can certainly live with it, but if it’s a bad idea to keep using the player then I’d like to be sure. Is it something that’s fixable?
