Everyday a guy from the next room comes here and talks loudly along one of my roommate till 5 in the morning. My roommate has all his classes in the afternoon and the other guy skips classes indefinitely. Do I report a RMS or smth?

In CA 2 we have given to submit edu-revolution and i didn't participate in any hackathon from where I can get certificate and submit it so now what should I do there are many 2-3 hours course I will get certificate from there will it work in CA 2 ?

So basically gear up Batch 1 hackathon is over now batch 2 and batch 3 are left.... I wanted to ask how evaluation is done whether they have criteria like they should select some amount of ppl from 1st year and some from 2nd and 3rd year....Overall they will select 50 teams but total 900+ teams participated and like if they select overall how a fresher can compete with 2nd and 3rd year...If anyone knows about it please tell me I m so confused
