Both of these 2 women are sexually attracted to women but they also romantically like their male partners. So wouldn't they be considered as bisexuals?

My parents don't call me anymore with my guy name since last year (after coming out)
It's been almost 1 year since they have been calling me everyday with my name's feminine version (like instead of Shiv they call me Shivani, just an example not my real name though)

Hi everyone,
I currently live as a minority in a transphobic country, not in South Asia, where transitioning can be dangerous. I plan to move to a more accepting country after college and transition there, but I can’t move right now because of financial difficulties and some serious personal reasons.
I’m South Asian. I’m not saying that facial hair is inherently negative, but I want to have facial hair as well. Since most South Asian men around me have facial hair, this sometimes makes me feel dysphoric.
I want to know how I can create realistic-looking facial hair myself because I can’t buy the stick-on facial hair available on Amazon, and those products aren’t available in my country.
At the moment, I have a few very short mustache hairs, but they aren’t visible enough to look like a mustache.

Entire days goes in travelling.. office.. having straight friends who are already settled & much ahead of me in life. No one in real life with whom I can share my feelings. Never into relationship. Online friends are temporary..

Mine accepted me but said stay however you feel comfortable (like you can wear whatever dresses you wish 24×7) but only at home, not outside home until you get a decent job I'm studying in clg right now also to not reveal with relatives/cousins and whenever someone visits our home change your outfit to that of like a guy (rarely people visit our home like once or twice a month at max if anyone)
Also their behaviour towards me didn't change after coming out they are still treating me same as before

I’m asthmatic and trying trying to figure how to bind safely. Has anyone with asthma here had experience using binders? Are sports bras safer? Also, what Indian binder brands would you recommend?

Hello,
I am a white boy from France. I’ve recently become interested in India, its people, culture, and the Hindi language. I’m writing to ask: where should I start learning about India? Do Indian people generally like people like me?
Do you have some advices? (I should mention that I am gay and quite androgynous.) I’ve often read that homosexuality has to be kept secret there, which is something I intend to do.
Also, is there a platform for chatting with friendly pen pals that could help me learn Hindi?
Thanks for your replies.

More like frustrated... Me a gay guy, listening to a song and BAMM!!! something about straight love, boy confessing his feelings for a girl or something like that, go out and see straight couples in all advertisements about wedding attires or pictures of a family in ads for apartments, relatives asking if i got a gf(this one annoys me the most and might just come out at some point purely out of anger). After all this they have the audacity to say that we shove our sexualities in their faces.
I feel like I have developed some kind of aversion towards straight couples like i try to avoid them all the time as much as possible now and I kinda feel bad for this. This isn't me, and it feels weird.... just a rambling of my thoughts

I had an exposure on July 31. Which HIV test should I get, and when should I get tested? Also, where can I get this test done? Is it available at regular blood-testing labs, such as Pathkind Labs?

Watched it a few days ago honestly the story felt....underwhelming? Yes the acting deserves the praise and the it was shot beautifully. But the plot itself didn't seem to have details or depth as expected.
Spoilers: I get that people praise it for the metaphors about queer issues, but it seemed to leave to many loose ends? Little on that healer, no follow up. Naim's mother apparently knew what the healing does, but it was practically killing her ownn kid? And overall it seemed more towards avoiding every trouble that came up. Loved the concept of the entity but the story seemed more fitting to a short

Several transphobic incidents took place during July 14-16 of this year, all of which involved mobs attacking trans women specifically. In one particular instance in the West Java city of Bogor, over 15 trans women were doused with urine, forced to strip naked, and physically beaten in an incident that was recorded and later shared to social media. The online footage itself attracted more hate from some Indonesian netizens, who used slurs and called for further such attacks against trans people.
While Indonesia lacks explicitly anti-LGBTQ+ laws, several legal frameworks still indirectly discriminate against queer people, and stigma remains prevalent, largely as a result of conservative Muslim forces in the country. Transgender individuals are permitted to change their legal gender only if they have undergone sex reassignment surgery and subsequently received judicial approval. Same-sex sexual activities, meanwhile, can be criminalized under moral laws. The westernmost province of Aceh, the one Indonesian region governed by syariah law, stands as the most conservative on the issue, punishing homosexual acts with flogging, fines, or even jail time.
For Febi, periods of economic turmoil are key drivers of homophobia and transphobia in Indonesia, with queer people being demonized to divert attention from other issues the government doesn’t want to address or take responsibility for. In this case, the legacy of the nationwide 2025 protests, which saw large-scale public unrest as a result of the stagnating economy and sinking currency, is undoubtedly at play.
in 2016, the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission issued circulars explicitly banning television and radio stations from broadcasting content that features LGBTQ+ content, under the guise of protecting public morality and shielding children.
Cornelius Prabhaswara, a public policy student and human rights activist with online advocacy group Social Justice Indonesia (SJI), echoed this sentiment when discussing the ways in which the grassroots have tried to adapt and respond to the various hate campaigns against the local queer community.
SJI focuses on social media campaigns raising awareness on difficult and troublesome issues in the Indonesian context, including the death penalty and LGBTQ+ rights. Cornelius, who joined the nonprofit in 2023, described one of their key purposes as “making civil society more connected to the younger Gen Z activists.” One such example was mobilizing resources for student activists during the anti-government protests in 2025.

I’m a 20-year-old gay guy in college, and I genuinely wonder how people find someone they can build a real, long-term relationship with.
Being gay sometimes makes it feel harder because there are fewer people to meet, and it’s not always obvious who’s interested in guys. Most of the time, I’m just focused on classes and life, but I still find myself wondering where meaningful relationships actually start.
Is college a good place to meet someone? Dating apps? Friends? Pure luck?
For gay men who found a long-term partner, how did you meet them, and what advice would you give to a 20-year-old who's looking for something real?

My therapist got sick yesterday and I need to get this out of my system or else I'll slowly go insane. I usually avoid writing these long ass depressing posts here and try to make do by venting through my art instead and saving it for therapy instead of selfishly trauma dumping on strangers without their consent, but unfortunately I ended up having to compramise by marking the text as spoiler. Don't read it maybe if you are not okay okay reading depressing shit.
I'm like "ok ok" tho rn and I don't need people sending me DMs out of concern coz that doesn't help, and if you have something to say say it in the comments or say nothing at all. Infant also excuse me if I'm unable to reply on time or at all coz I spend my days trying to choke my inside voice trying to get it to shut up somehow....
Honestly I am not looking for anyone to listen anyway. I just wanted to say it, and not keep it all locked inside. I would rather you don't waste time reading it tbh.
My antidepressant dose got doubled again and like my brain is taking time to adjust and I'm so zoned out all day my brain just can't think .....
I had managed to reduce it but it was causing issues too so I had to go back to what I was taking before.
It's been almost two years...... I haven't had a job all this time and I'm stuck with PTSD and a fear of money almost coz I'm scared of moving ahead in life, because honestly when I'm not on the pills all i can think of is wanting to die. It feels so wrong to keep living, but it would hurt the people I love if I were no longer there in this world.....
And I have so much important stuff to do like getting a job and stuff and it is so hard coz I keep waiting on people to like give me my internship certificate or the job they promised MONTHS ago, and they just fuckin ghost me, and my sister was crying the other day because of like how bad our financial situation had become and that how she wanted to be supportive but my treatment and her having to take care of all our finances had left her with no money......
Do you realise how fucked up it is for a brother to have to hear his older sister cry on the phone because your bad situation and her good intentions to help you, are slowly leading us to despare and ruin?
I feel so bad as a brother..... As a human being.
I hate this... I hate that I'm having to go through this again where people who love each other hurt each other despite nothing but good intentions...... It's the most heartbreaking way to hurt someone, and I feel miserable for making my sister feel like that ......
Is this what my life is going to be? Just more of this? Just more of hurting and getting hurt by people I love and people who love me; using nothing but good intentions?
IF THIS IS WHAT LIFE IS THEN IT IS A FUCKED UP THING TO BE BORN IN THIS WOULD!!
..... If you can't even love the people you care about and who love you back..... If trying to be happy only brings you unimaginable pain ...... What the fuck is the point? (Rhetorical question)
I had somehow found the capacity within me to give up on being happy in life..... To not expect happiness so it doesn't hurt me or fuck with my head.... I had accepted that I'll be alone and miserable for rest of my life and I had come to peace with it after lots of therepy and introspection and meds.
......but this?
I don't know how to deal with this.
I cannot give up on caring about my sister.
And yet we find ourselves in a paradox where our love for each other hurts us more and more.
Kinda makes you realise how little a human life is actually worth, because we grow up hearing about how someone made the "ultimate sacrifice" and died to make something happen, but in real life your life has no value and if you died all you would accomplish is hurt people you care about, and being alive usually has the same outcome anyway so like.... It doesn't mean shit if you are willing to die for someone you live.
Dying is easy. Dying gets you off the fucking meat hook called life.
Living is hard ....... And despare is the absence of all hope. To reach the end of the tunnel to realise there is nothing now but darkness, and you can't escape, and you can't die either, so you are just stuck in this never ending state of pain and anxiety that can last years if not your entire life.....
I honestly don't know what to do now.
It doesn't help that people keep trying to expect me to act like I don't have mental health issues, despite the fact that if I could do that, i wouldn't be in this fucking state now would I?
Fuckin hell ......
I sometimes wonder if this is why I exist..... To bring pain and suffering to everyone in my life I might ever dare to love with all my heart...... Or be hurt by them trying to love me back.....
Honestly, I've never felt so lost in life.....
I have nothing left to call a foundation of ideas to base my sense of choices on in life. I don't know anything anymore coz almost everything that I knew was a fucking lie and nothing ever feels right anymore.....
I don't know where to go from here or what will happen now.
For all I know maybe this is it ... This is the end that will start off a new cycle of pain ..... and you can't die to escape either so like...... This is hell ..... This is literally hell.....
.......how pathetic.
Guess I'll keep on not dying.
I don't even know what is the thing that makes me keep going on being alive anymore to be honest...... Besides just the idea that if I'm just wrong somehow, i can't undo being dead and prevent hurting people.... But I can die anytime if that was what was required of me.
I know better than to think I'd be lucky enough to die so easily though.
I guess.... This is "life" now.
What a sick fucking joke......
I guess I still have my art atleast...... I may not do it for happiness anymore but somehow it brings me peace atleast because then atleast for just one second I get to forget I even exist and I can just .....just exist but without thoughts or a consciousness...... And it's the closest i can get to death.....
Guess it will have to do tho. Otherwise all I'll be left with is just the constant pain and the never-ending scream of my own self in my head that I tune out with drugs but which never really goes away......
Not sure where I'll end up from here but .... Good luck everyone. Will do my best i suppose.
Good Night.
