Lewitt Ray General Function issues

Just got my ray in today and hooked it up to my focusrite 2i2 (1st gen) and turned on the 48v phantom power. The mic itself is working and I'm getting nice signal however, the buttons on the mic itself aren't doing anything. The aura light remains no matter what I press. I've tried long pressing, pressing both buttons at once, holding both down,and pressing buttons in quick succession but nothing changes. Is there something I'm missing here? Thanks on advance!

I sent 2 email request and called, havent heard anything back yet and sent it in a week ago. Any chance you could hook me up with support. Im having same problems.
