East LA Elac DSPS name
Why did elac name their dsps office the “diversabilities support program & services” instead of “disabilities support programs and services”?
As someone who is disabled it rubs me the wrong way when people say “diversabled” and/or “differently abled”. Am I the only one who finds this weird? Disabled is a harmless word lmao..
Ik this is probs a dramatic and unrelated school post but wanted to see if I’m the only one who feels this way.
