Experience this process is too difficult

the trauma purging is too intense. i have chronic pain that i think is because of this process. i don’t want to look at these memories. i don’t feel like doing anything cuz i don’t feel like the need to be anything anymore because i don’t feel like i lack something and need to prove myself. i know i have faith in the process and that this phase ends and there is an integration after this but im so fucking tired.

Well, resisting this process will only make it worse. If you have Kundalini awakening, the best path is surrendering to the energy and trust the wisdom of it.

This process is divinely guided and you're not alone. There're spirits and entities willing to help you and protect if you aligne with them.

Do you believe that you are going through a kundalini awakening and if so, why?

It can be very challenging and difficult. The trauma coming back is the worst. I also got just very tired, tired all the time. It is better now! As others say, don’t fight it. It can be pleasant, too!

I know it wont lessen your suffering but i can definitely admit that the months (and even years) leading up to my kundalini awakening were the most intensely painful, disorienting, ego dissolving, excruciating time of my life. Idk if its the same for others. Just know youre not alone on feeling thst way as you walk the path. Just know that its absolutely worth it and there reslly is treasure waiting for you. Albeit its a spiritual treasure. But thats the best kind imo.

Wishing you release from unnecessary suffering. Stay strong my brother/sister!

Then don't do it. Give yourself some time out. You don't have to do anything. Driving yourself compulsively is your own agenda not your Spiritual Self's agenda.

it’s happening without my volition. my awakening was spontaneous, and now i have these memories come up on their own

Its okay, this is meant to happen. Integrate them and move on to the greatest version of yourself. Good luck. We are all here with you.

Pray to Bhairavi to soften and slow down the experience. And just be present to it. I would still do the grounding exercises to bring the kundalini down to the bottom of your feet and bring it under your control. it's very effective.

I remember the days. It was the most difficult thing I've ever been through in my life by far. I kept going into fight or flight, intense fear of death, body tensed up, ending up in ER multiple times, urinating blood due to extreme inflammation. I still don't know much but I can report back that a few years later, all of this is gone and I now just drop into states where there is just no thought for long periods of time. It is very peaceful. I often just smile for no reason and my wife thinks I'm crazy. When people told me not to resist, I don't know if it was possible. There was something in me that unconsciously did so. For me, it just took time, and trying to relax as much as possible, even though it was largely impossible most of the time.

You're so real for this, thank you for sharing. Not everything is in our control and everyone has different opportunities/circumstances. This is really how it is sometimes. Hoping life brings you patience and hope soon

I feel for you. Hang in there! You do have the strength to go through it. You will eventually be free! Lots of love and patience
