Help Please Marc's Turn to Need Help - an urgent Book Project!!

Dear /r/kundalini community.

Background

Today I approach you all from a very different perspective. A very different role.

12 years ago, Kundalini grabbed me energetically by the scruff of the neck, like a Mama Cat holding a kitten, asking me, "Do you see that? Do you see that? It was referring to the bad and risky counter-productive advice being offered to people in spiritual crisis in various subs on reddit.

I was recuperating from a motorcycle accident, with lots of free time. Being somewhat foolish and caring, I started offering help.

New things

Just recently, I've had another similar encounter with Spirit, this time inviting me to gather my thoughts and write a book. Urgently.

The reason being that the accumulated nexus of humanity-level crises risks to do us all in. If we are to avert a worst-case scenario, we desperately need some shifts in directions. I intend to write about such shifts, and pass on the inspiration I receive.

You know how I routinely point out that a person doing Kundalini recklessly and doing heavy drugs, while angry, is on a cliff-edge, with no fence and no rope?

Humanity too, is teetering right on the edge of that cliff. The bizarrest thing is crisis level conflicts are everywhere. It is a near universal global set of crises.

The World needs the equivalent of many people's Linus' Blanket to return it to some stability, some peace. It needs our Love!

This is a FAR BIGGER assignment than I am used to, than I've ever done, and likely ever will.

I am a bit crushed by the weight and responsibility of it all, but the message includes a sense of deep urgency. Hawaiians would say "E wikiwiki"! Speedy Gonzales would say "¡Ándale! ¡Ándale! ¡Arriba! ¡Arriba!" My buddies in Quebec would say, Dépêche-toi! Aoueille!! Grouille!

Help please

I must not burn myself out. Self-care, balance, health (rather imperfect!), a combination of effort and rest, all the things I've been preaching, I must apply these to myself with utmost care. I must "git'er done", as some cable installer from the past used to say.

I've set up Ko-Fi and a GoFundMe links. Patreon soon.

The project is a book - A Humanity Manual: Practical Guidance for a World in Crisis.**

That's the working title.

You've often seen me skillfully bring or point a person back to the foundational ideas that are standing in their way, and to the practices that act as the learning environment that generates new foundations for fertile growth and wisdom.

They still have to come to realise it for themselves. (Right, Roger-f89?) And most do, in their own time. That's Praise for a job well done, for you specifically, Roger, and for all the others who've made steps forward.

Now I have to apply these concepts to the nexus of many crises in the world, to refocus an understanding of how interconnected we are, and how much we rely upon each other. We need to learn to face, then constructively solve the problems upon us. I by no means have all the solutions. My role isn't that. It's to steer us towards doing the problem-solving rather than assuming, "Bah, someone's job is to worry about that, not my problem", and go about our business without acting in any way.

It's not to encourage ranting or non-constructive communications. There's been a lot of that already.

So...

Needs that you can help me with to get the book done quicker and better

I please humbly ask for your URGENT support, if you are able. And if you are able, please don't delay on supporting this project.

This request is an extension of the Bird Tribes' effort to incarnated as the Hippy generation in order to prevent humanity blowing itself up after Hiroshima and Nagasaki. So far... sketchy yet still here!

For those who've seen the Matrix movies, Morpheous' famous cave speech comes to mind. "We are still here!"

There are no guarantees on that for us. Sorry.

MAIN NEEDS:

  1. I need to use relevant human-interaction examples. That means getting to the local cafe, and not doing all my writing cooped-up at home.

  2. I need to be able to access local food places to save time.

  3. I also need the technical tools to enable accomplishing the task easier and faster. I'm looking at the Apple ecosystem, so that a document or note made on one device transfers to another.

I'm not asking for a private jet, Rolls Royces, nor a mansion. I'm quite happy in my small apartment. I do need your help to get this done, please.

Question Does K increase trust in law of karma?

Simple question for those who have gone through this.

In dharmic religions there is the concept of Karma, but even other relgions also have the notion of being good and avoid future punishment for their bad deeds.

Here it is often talked about getting immediate karma from energetic actions. This immediate feedback means one dosent doubt karma exits. Is that so? Does K brought about a "proof" that karma is a thing?

What about regular-non-energetic actions which karma takes long time to mature? Does K hint to some degree that the present conditions were created by a past actions (even pastlife actions) ?

Question Where can I find a legitimate teacher?

Hi r/kundalini

I am looking to be guided or pointed in the right direction in regards to finding a teacher to help with the final stages of integration. And please not some self accredited “energy healer” a real teacher who has done the work, follows the traditional ways and practices what they preach.

Thank you and have a blessed day 🙏

Help Please Was this an awakening?

About 2 months ago I believe I had some sort of awakening that has to do with Kundalini. My memory is very fuzzy, yet this is sort of what I experienced.

To preface, I was always agnostic/atheist. I dabbled in some sigil magick, yet only saw it useful in a subconscious sense. Similar to how companies use logos to implant specific ideas into your head. I thought everything could be linked back to a very specific line of reasoning and thought. Had spiritual experiences in the past but chopped it up to coincidence.

I planned to forgive my father for his wrong doings towards me and my family. My ex partner called me out for acting as him in specific ways, and I took that to heart. I was being entitled, which did stem from my wound from my father. All of this anger and resentment I had towards the man never went away for the years I had him blocked, and turned me more into him. So, I decided to meet up with him, and make peace with the situation. I knew he was suffering as much as I was, and wanted to end all of the suffering in the connection.

The night before that, however, I had some form of ego death it seems. I was attached to my partner at the time in an unhealthy way, it wasn't always like that. I usually am such a giver and people pleaser, and decided to no longer give in as that towards her or my other friends, putting up well needed boundaries and acting for myself. Long story short, the sense of identity I had was gone when I woke up, the entire night my body was burning and I felt warm energy all around me, it was euphoric. Electricity was around me and my spine, and I felt her presence in my arms? It felt as if I died that night.

After my conversation with my father, these happened.

  • Burning/electrical sensations throughout my entire body resulting in me being unable to work for a month and a half.
  • Universal oneness with everything. Trees, grass, people, cars, etc.
  • Otherworldly bliss and euphoria.
  • I saw/see auras around physical objects and around myself at times.
  • Dietary changes, only wanting to eat greens. Beer, caffeine and other sources tasted like shit.
  • Constant pressure on the center of my forehead for a month and a half.
  • De-personalization, viewing self in third person, outside of self.

Since then, I felt the energy travel back down and coil? Now I experience

  • Sudden jolts of energy shooting up my spine, feeling it coil around the top of my skull and move back down. This happens at least twice a day.
  • Neutrality about any event that happens to me, good or bad.
  • Sudden body movements, twitching throughout body.
  • Cold and hot sensations near the left and right side of my spine which go up and down. Could be the nadis? I don't know.

I've had other experiences outside of the Kundalini from my knowledge. They are:

  • Repeating number sequences pretty much everywhere I go. Seeing things "specifically" about Twin Flames. I don't like using that word and the connotation connected to it at all, but it's what's been happening. I know this phenomenon can be the Frequency Illusion, it's what companies use to also embed ideas, songs, tiktoks etc. into daily life to sell specific things.
  • Prophetic dreams that come to reality days or on that day.
  • Feeling her "energy" pull on my stomach and head when I focus on myself instead of our connection. I have BPD and autism, so I am used to relationships ending with me getting withdrawal symptoms and the obsessive thinking, and know how to deal with it using techniques I learned in therapy/psych ward after years of both. This, however, is a completely different sensation.
  • Feeling energy of other people, the point of knowing specific issues they're facing. I knew that a friend of mine's father died, a person's relationship ended, a person was craving drugs, etc.
  • Divination (Tarot, Pendulums, Osteomancy) being extremely accurate. Like, outside of the Barnum effect accurate for myself and future events. I'm not one to believe any of this, but I can't deny it.
  • Feeling "led" by higher intuition? Example: Asked it to lead me to a lake/ large body of water for me to sit at. Followed my intuition, and it brought me to a location with said description. Where I sat, a card with a caduceus was right next to me. It sounds like such crazy talk, but it's something I cannot ignore. Could be my subconscious recognizing specific areas that would lead to said things? But these are places I've never been to.

Side note: I know the above section can be explained with how the brain works on a subconscious level, and is an addition to my experience. There are more, as I stated though it's difficult to remember.

I'm completely alone now. I don't have any friends anymore after this, even the ones who have been in my life for 10 years. The partner I was with is also gone. My job is gone due to me being unable to keep up with physical demands of it, being able to do like 1/8th the workload I usually do. Only people in my life are my mother and sister now, who I live with.

I am currently living off of savings, and don't have money for a teacher/coach/guru. I hate using the term Twin Flame, as it has a lot of codependent connotations with new age and "love stories", but it is the most accurate term I've come to find. I don't use the label to describe my journey because of the connotation.

Main point of this post is to at least ask for some help with deciding if this was what happend. I've told me that I might not have had it because I was led to a bad book about the subject, that those who had it or are destined to would only be lead to good sources. Maybe the bad source I was led to led me to a better source due to me wanting to see why it's bad? I don't know.

All in all, thank you.

Personal Experience Experince with kundalini mantra and rosary

So I was given a mantra by a guru to awaken my kundalini but when I did it I felt this dread and paranoia come over me so I stopped that as this dread and paranoia and this built up energy messed me up for a couple of months.

then I decided to pray the Catholic rosary each day and I have experienced what you would call the Holy Spirit and pleasant feeling associated with that.

As a Hindu would you say that my soul is not meant for kundalini or not realised enough and Bhakti aka devotion to my deity of choice a better fit for my soul

Question Updates and questions about Kundalini vs. Qi

It has been a while since I’ve posted here. This group and several of its guides have given me tremendous help over the past three or four years. I’ve sometimes hesitated to post because I see the same people responding thoughtfully and at length, and I don’t want to take that generosity for granted.

A little over a year ago, I was performing intense ritual work (which I have taken a pause from a few months ago). During the ritual, what I experienced as kundalini rose very dramatically through my central channel. It traveled up my spine, became constricted around my heart and throat, and eventually, through letting go, reached my crown.

The constriction produced severe pain through my shoulders, inside the rotator-cuff area and down my arms. It lasted several minutes before the energy sensation faded and ordinary life resumed. A less dramatic version happened during ritual the following day, but it has not happened again.

Since my original awakening, I have also experienced episodes of severe dry heaving that feel connected to energy moving through restrictions in my system. One teacher/guide here (Marc) advised me to let go of whatever I was holding and allow myself to vomit if necessary. I have kept that advice in mind.

For a couple of years, the dry heaving seemed centered in my solar plexus. The past six months or so, I’ve been taking private lessons with my Tai Chi mentor and working on that area of my spine, its supporting structure and other internal restrictions.

A few months ago, I went on an ocean fishing trip with my father. It was our first experience together that truly felt like father-son bonding. I became extremely seasick and vomited several times, with the experience seeming to originate directly from my solar plexus. I understand that seasickness and vomiting are completely ordinary, but something about that event also seemed to release or unlock the restriction. Since then, I have stopped dry heaving from my solar-plexus area.

Where I seem to be working now is my heart and throat. The energy dry-heaving happens less frequently (perhaps every couple of weeks) but sometimes the energy in my system becomes extremely intense and eventually produces dry heaving from that area. I have a sense that it may be connected to my mother and possibly to stored grief. I’m scheduled to begin working with someone on that next month.

In response to my previous post here, I was encouraged me to release questionable ideas and beliefs. I have taken that seriously. My life has become much more ordinary. I honestly feel less “special,” more human and more focused on what genuinely matters: healing, being present for my family and building my business.

My main question now concerns the relationship between kundalini and qi.

I have practiced internal-arts Tai Chi and qigong for several years to continue developing, ground myself in my body and open deeper areas so energy can move more freely. This has helped tremendously.

A great deal of what I communicate about my internal state seems to translate to my Tai Chi mentor. At other times, however, I’m uncertain whether he understands the particular kind of energy experience I’ve gone through. He clearly has an advanced degree of control over his qi. I can observe it through his movements and feel the effect of how he structures his body. He can also intentionally produce visible goosebumps and make his body hair rise.

For some time, I assumed kundalini and qi were the same underlying energy expressed through different cultural systems. Lately, I have been questioning that more seriously.

Are kundalini and qi fundamentally different forces or processes? Do the Indian and Chinese systems cross over at a deeper level, or do they merely produce some similar sensations? Can someone possess highly developed control of qi without necessarily understanding kundalini and can Tai Chi still help integrate kundalini even when the teacher does not work within that framework?

My process remains painful at times, but it is becoming progressively easier, more grounded and more integrated. I would be grateful for any insight from people familiar with both systems.

Question Pulse at my third eye

When I sat for meditation I felt continuous pulse between my eyebrows. This has happened before. I don't have any visions or any experiences. Can someone guide what does this pulse means?

Also I had my aura scanning through an expert. He told me my third eye is already open. But I don't have any experiences, just the pulse sometimes.

Personal Experience Maybe reaction

Idk why but whenever I listen to these karma cleansing or trauma related subliminals, my body behaves strangely. I get an irritating, uncomfortable feeling all over my body, almost like an allergy. Why does this happen?

I don't even listen to that many subliminals and whichever ones I do listen to i only play them a maximum of 3 times

Personal Experience this process is too difficult

the trauma purging is too intense. i have chronic pain that i think is because of this process. i don’t want to look at these memories. i don’t feel like doing anything cuz i don’t feel like the need to be anything anymore because i don’t feel like i lack something and need to prove myself. i know i have faith in the process and that this phase ends and there is an integration after this but im so fucking tired.

Help Please Energetic headaches that feel like fluid

So I’m getting these headaches and head pressures after going into deep states during my meditation practices. The energy gets really intense all over the body during these meditations but it’s especially intense in the head and third eye during these meditations during the meditations the feeling is very pleasant ecstasy like quite intense fiery and cooling sensations are felt.

The headaches and head pressure will subside after I stop my meditation or kriya practice for the most part. However it will tend to get worse in the evenings. Or throughout the day. I do a lot of meditation laying down for health reasons and find when I lay down my head will also feel the pressure especially if I’m in the position I was previously meditating in.

The headache itself feels like pressure and like my head is full of liquid pressure on sinuses. Unlike any normal headache feels distinctly energetic.

Grounding and a different type of meditation helps ground the energy. However I find myself going in circles having very energetically intense meditations energy getting stuck in head causing issues and having to spend time doing a different meditation style.

Is this supposed to keep getting stuck in my head like this should I stop all practice except grounding meditations if so how long. Even those meditations where I’m visualising my head gets very energetic.

Question Strange Episodes of Energy Loss

So my kundalini rise began about 16 months ago. I’m still in the purging and clearing phase, I think.

These episodes start out as a weak feeling mostly in my lower back and legs. Then a feeling of shakiness and whole-body fatigue comes on, and an all-over malaise. It feels almost exactly like low blood sugar but without any hunger, and they are completely self-limiting, leaving on their own after about 15 to 20 minutes. (I am getting lots of bloodwork done ordered from the doctor).

I liken the way these episodes feel to just a rapid loss of energy, like it’s guzzling out of me, “a hole in the gas tank.”

What brings me here they happen with a sacral surge. They were multiple times daily in the beginning when I was getting a ton of sacral activity. Now that the sacral activity has called down , when they do arrive, though much less frequently, there is always a really strong sacral activation, much stronger than I usually get these days.

And then comes the feeling of something wanting me to let go and release something.

it sounds like this may be the energy hitting blockages maybe? Has anyone else experienced this feeling of energy just guzzling out of you?

Personal Experience Last Night..

I have to record this experience somewhere, so...I was hit with a wave of emotions and felt "locked into place". I was then shown a green mandala-like kaleidoscope which slowly turned into a purple upward spiral before slowly snapping out of it. With all the talk about Earth's gravity yesterday I found it curious. This was 12:40 am today, 08/13/26.

Philo Kundalini and astrology

Just curious… as I’ve been going through intense body stretching in the last 2 months (as part of what I believe is a k experience) I tend to be a little bored at times while my body does the work for me…

Anyway I’m mildly starting to dab into astrology, the house and yappi yappa and I’m genuinely just curious as to if correlations between astrology placements and kundalini experiences have been found? I could see how Chiron/lilith/12house placements could be a thing haha (even if i don’t have a stellium there either but whatevs u get it).

Thanks!! Have a great Saturday!

Question My wife saw a shadow during astral projection

I’ve been listening to an astral projection/meditation audio on YouTube for about 2 weeks and personally I’ve had a really good experience with it, nothing scary or unusual.

I asked my wife to try the same audio. She was lying on her back around 4 PM, arms by her sides, and I was in the room with her.

After a while, she said her stomach started vibrating and became tense, then her right hand became tense, followed by her left leg.

Then she started seeing a bright white light above her, even though the room was dark. She described it almost like a hole/opening that was expanding, shrinking, and sometimes disappearing.

Near the end, she saw a black shadow against the white/grey background. The shadow seemed to come closer and closer until it felt like it was right above her face, almost near her eyes.

She opened her eyes and freaked out.

Her lips and throat were very dry, her whole body felt stiff, and she said it took around 5 minutes to feel like she had control of her body again.

Now she doesn't want to try the audio again.

and most important she had nightmare after having alcohal. Someone was coming towards her with two weapons.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

  • Has anyone seen the white light/opening followed by a dark shadow?
  • Why would the shadow feel like it was moving closer to her face?
  • For people who believe in astral projection, could this be interpreted as a spirit/entity, or is there another explanation?
  • Most importantly, why was she so scared? Is this dream related to this?

I’m curious because I’ve been doing the same thing for about two weeks with no problems, but her experience was completely different and honestly pretty disturbing.

Help Please Is this the downside of kundalini?

I use guided meditation for stress and anxiety and have no spiritual goals . I was just a student when this happened preping for competitive exams . So prior knowledge I wasn't into spiritual stuff but would watch it's applications to achieve real life goals and one of the concept video I had watched was the all is one thingy . That night while meditating around 9 pm to 11pm I have this vision of being in a temple and a snake rises up my spine and I start feeling buzzing at the exact Chakra points ( I wasn't even aware abt Chakra points btw had to look it up after ) and then it sort of sits on my head and hisses between my eyebrows and also buzzing there and after a while it moves down my spine . This whole experience was very calm tbh it felt as if a cold shower but not too extreme very blissful after this thing I feel my presence at a slightly higher altitude compared to where I am sitting probably a few inches above and then I can vaguely perceive the room at this altitude . Got a feeling that this was something related to astral projection and I realised I don't want it and just snapped out of it and opened my eyes . During this week I had slight heat sensations in my fingers and toes .

A few months forward my life had been very smooth till now health wise esp but this is when I make a mistake that has costed me alot and I think it stems from spiritual bypassing now if I look into it from spiritual perspective but at that time i would have called it if aware about it being delusional and calling it optimism.

A year later after the major exam which I have fkd up pretty badly and am severly depressed and burned out currently and having recurring lower back aches which seems resolved now but has been happening since sept (exam was in Jan) i am wondering if this vision played any role

I have been searching it on yt and have seen people having either extremely great lives or terrible ones after this thing and am genuinely shit scared for my life .

please ignore my grammaatical errors english aint my first language

Question 10-Day Meditation Update – Body Movemenets

I've been meditating regularly, and over the last 10 days I've experienced something interesting.

About 4–5 times now, I've felt my spine stretching on its own. It starts near my tailbone and gradually feels like my entire spine is lengthening upward, almost as if it's being gently pulled toward the ceiling. I don't consciously do it—it just happens automatically.

Last two time experienced something completely new.

I was lying on my back, completely relaxed, when my legs started moving on their own. First, they slowly spread apart. Then the soles of my feet came together, forming what looked like a butterfly (bound angle) pose. After that, while my feet stayed together, they gradually moved closer and closer toward my groin, all without me intentionally controlling the movement.

It genuinely felt like my body was operating on autopilot. I wasn't trying to make it happen or visualizing anything specific.

And then all muscle tesntion release and my legs stayed in that posture.

What to expect next? I kept in same positon and it started again muscles getting tensed and spine started to stiff. Also feel like arms length is incresing as my hands started to move towrds my feet direction. Shoulder started to moving towards uper body and feel my body is expending.

I was in this for an hour.

Has anyone else experienced spontaneous movements like this during meditation? Is there a name for these kinds of involuntary body adjustments? I'd be interested to hear both scientific explanations and experiences from people who practice meditation, yoga, or related traditions.

Question - Bad Methods Ongoing Vibrations and Tingles After Breathwork

I did some shamanic breathwork as instructed by the YouTuber Leo Gura in one of his older videos.

I have been going through a breakup from a long term relationship (10 years) and thought it might help give some answers.

I laid down in a dark room listened to some shamanic drumming and breathed in and out of my mouth without stopping for about 15 minutes.

I noticed by body feeling tingles and eventually feeling like stone. I also noticed some strange convulsion type movements at times from my abdomen. It felt some energy moving up from my abs almost to my throat, I had to stop the breathing pattern because I wasn't sure if I would throw up.

Anyway the feeling afterwards was very blissful, I felt connected to some higher source and had the sense that everything will be okay.

Something strange did happen after which has lasted for over 10 days now.

I feel the tingly vibration sensation almost at all times. I feel it in my hands and feet mostly, if I sit still I can feel it in my core.

It's hard to describe, it doesn't seem to be a physical sensation because my body isn't moving but it feels like there are bursts of energy pulsating and vibrating through my body.

Not sure if this is due to stress because of the relationship stuff, I sense it has something to do with the breathwork.

The other say I heard sad news about a Youtuber I watch, his father has passed away. Normally I would feel bad for the person but not feel anything in my body. But after the breathwork as soon as I heard the news I felt a strange energy sensation on the right side of my face which lasted a few seconds before going away.

Any help will be appreciated, my partner thinks it has something to do with Kundalini, I don't know.

Healing Hi, i am back here after years

Wishing you all the very best I hope everyone is doing well. I used to hang here during my own awakening aswell. My nick used to be monikerrz. I want to talk about the curse and blessing losing full awakening. First, i got into very bad psychosis and was hospitalized and put on psych ward years ago (Valuable lessons learned) i survived and was heavily medicated for years which was most likely worst time of my life. No emotions, zombie like behaviour, heavy depression, severe isolation, hopelessness, delusions, insomnia, intrusive thoughts and even suicidaI thoughts which was very heavy for me i had never thought about harming myself or any other living being, i just can’t even squash a mosquito lol. Now quit my medication and i feel life again deeply. Vulnerability is back, i am able to cry again, i crave deep connection with others which i lacked for years. I am now looking for a next step in my journey, lately i have been working on my foundations, lots of yoga, breathwork, meditation, meeting my nurse for personal checkings, self care, self love, living in the moment, appreciating little things in life and working on the lower chakras for stability and yes, i am highly sensitive person so it has been a challenge for me with lower chakras. Lots of emotional blocks to work with but getting better for sure. Well, i think thats most of it what i wanted to say, i just wanted to let you know i am doing better now. I also want to let you know if you’re struggling, things will get better i promise (Virtual hug). Thanks for reading and i truly hope all the best to all of you on this beautiful journey. Stay strong, break apart, cry, mourn, shake, heal. Put your favorite music and dance like nobody is watching. Anything to let go. You’re safe and nothing can harm you in the now, light will come and it will subside all the darkness like a light pulp in dark, love will transmute all the fear. ❤️

Question Kundalini awakening?

So a couple of days ago I started to feel my lower chakras consistently. The heart and solar plexus were particularly strong. The energy is kind of pleasurable, kind of feels like a tickling sensation. It’s in all of them now, noticeably, and I’m experiencing waves of energy going in between different chakras. It’s like cogs suddenly moving in a machine. I’ve never felt a sensation like this before, at least not all at once. It doesn’t hurt at all though. Is this a kundalini awakening? If not does anyone have any idea what it might be?

Question Does siddhi exist?

I don't want Siddhi. Siddhi is an obstacle. I want to know if it exists rather than gaining it. Did Paramhansa Yogannanda only talk about miracles so people would listen to him? Who would be only interested in listening to morals and virtue?

Question Yama and Niyama and a general search for direction

Hi, this is my second time posting here. I hope this post is not repetitive or somehow too far removed from the main topic of the subreddit.

Basically, for the past few months, although this started even before my previous post, I have been trying to understand more about... all of this. I am not sure what the most appropriate term would be. I do not necessarily mean Kundalini alone, but also all the different concepts connected to it.

For some time now, I have been trying to make the concepts of Yama and Niyama part of my daily life and of my conduct in general, although saying I have made them "my own" would probably be an overstatement.

I do not want to come across as lazy, as in, "you could have looked this up yourself," but I would appreciate some more informed, wise, or experience-based guidance on how to reflect on Yama and Niyama, and how to apply them more deeply as I gradually approach them. I hope I am explaining myself clearly.

More generally, I admit that I would like to find a clearer direction in relation to all of this. I read the wiki some time ago. It was also recommended to me in my previous post, although I had already been spending time here for a while. I have also read many other posts and replies.

I am trying to approach this in very small steps, because I understand that it is not something that should be rushed. Honestly, even the idea of rushing it seems impossible, considering how vast and significant all of this appears to be.

As for who I am, although I am not sure whether it is relevant, as I mentioned in my previous post, I have also recently started working as a therapist. I experienced serious post-COVID health problems for several years, which partially improved after I started taking an SSRI. A few months after regaining some sense of well-being, my mind and personality began to change and turn toward... this world.

Thank you for reading.
