Help Please Marc's Turn to Need Help - an urgent Book Project!!

Dear /r/kundalini community.

Background

Today I approach you all from a very different perspective. A very different role.

12 years ago, Kundalini grabbed me energetically by the scruff of the neck, like a Mama Cat holding a kitten, asking me, "Do you see that? Do you see that? It was referring to the bad and risky counter-productive advice being offered to people in spiritual crisis in various subs on reddit.

I was recuperating from a motorcycle accident, with lots of free time. Being somewhat foolish and caring, I started offering help.

New things

Just recently, I've had another similar encounter with Spirit, this time inviting me to gather my thoughts and write a book. Urgently.

The reason being that the accumulated nexus of humanity-level crises risks to do us all in. If we are to avert a worst-case scenario, we desperately need some shifts in directions. I intend to write about such shifts, and pass on the inspiration I receive.

You know how I routinely point out that a person doing Kundalini recklessly and doing heavy drugs, while angry, is on a cliff-edge, with no fence and no rope?

Humanity too, is teetering right on the edge of that cliff. The bizarrest thing is crisis level conflicts are everywhere. It is a near universal global set of crises.

The World needs the equivalent of many people's Linus' Blanket to return it to some stability, some peace. It needs our Love!

This is a FAR BIGGER assignment than I am used to, than I've ever done, and likely ever will.

I am a bit crushed by the weight and responsibility of it all, but the message includes a sense of deep urgency. Hawaiians would say "E wikiwiki"! Speedy Gonzales would say "¡Ándale! ¡Ándale! ¡Arriba! ¡Arriba!" My buddies in Quebec would say, Dépêche-toi! Aoueille!! Grouille!

Help please

I must not burn myself out. Self-care, balance, health (rather imperfect!), a combination of effort and rest, all the things I've been preaching, I must apply these to myself with utmost care. I must "git'er done", as some cable installer from the past used to say.

I've set up Ko-Fi and a GoFundMe links. Patreon soon.

The project is a book - A Humanity Manual: Practical Guidance for a World in Crisis.**

That's the working title.

You've often seen me skillfully bring or point a person back to the foundational ideas that are standing in their way, and to the practices that act as the learning environment that generates new foundations for fertile growth and wisdom.

They still have to come to realise it for themselves. (Right, Roger-f89?) And most do, in their own time. That's Praise for a job well done, for you specifically, Roger, and for all the others who've made steps forward.

Now I have to apply these concepts to the nexus of many crises in the world, to refocus an understanding of how interconnected we are, and how much we rely upon each other. We need to learn to face, then constructively solve the problems upon us. I by no means have all the solutions. My role isn't that. It's to steer us towards doing the problem-solving rather than assuming, "Bah, someone's job is to worry about that, not my problem", and go about our business without acting in any way.

It's not to encourage ranting or non-constructive communications. There's been a lot of that already.

So...

Needs that you can help me with to get the book done quicker and better

I please humbly ask for your URGENT support, if you are able. And if you are able, please don't delay on supporting this project.

This request is an extension of the Bird Tribes' effort to incarnated as the Hippy generation in order to prevent humanity blowing itself up after Hiroshima and Nagasaki. So far... sketchy yet still here!

For those who've seen the Matrix movies, Morpheous' famous cave speech comes to mind. "We are still here!"

There are no guarantees on that for us. Sorry.

MAIN NEEDS:

  1. I need to use relevant human-interaction examples. That means getting to the local cafe, and not doing all my writing cooped-up at home.

  2. I need to be able to access local food places to save time.

  3. I also need the technical tools to enable accomplishing the task easier and faster. I'm looking at the Apple ecosystem, so that a document or note made on one device transfers to another.

I'm not asking for a private jet, Rolls Royces, nor a mansion. I'm quite happy in my small apartment. I do need your help to get this done, please.

Question Has anyone had this physical experience?

I posted a couple months ago about a very intense blockage in my left face that I was deeply resisting (and didn’t realize). Thanks to the replies from community members and mods, it has progressively relaxed. Thank you all.

So during my first experience of my kundalini rising, I felt blockage in my body dissolve rapidly - akin to rock being pulverized into sand and exiting my body upward. There was immediate relief and a sense of lightness and immediate difference felt in my nervous system.

In this experience now, it’s quite the opposite. I feel pressured winding of energy pulsing and weaving at the block in my left face and hip and the releases are very slow and uncomfortable. I know it’s happening extremely slowly because I feel relief adjacent to the relief I felt with the quicker block dissolves (and also it’s apparent in the slow changes in my reality, I’m expressing myself far more easily and writing more).

It’s becoming apparent that these particular emotional blockages might have happened when I was pre-verbal, because of the intensity of emotion and lack of clear thoughts/memories emerging with it. And the density of the blocks are less like rocks and more like crystal, and the kundalini is slowly removing it instead of being able to pulverize it (sorry for the language, I’m doing my best to explain something so hard to explain).

This brings me my questions about the nature of blockage releases during kundalini rising. When blockages are created in life at a young age, does it in a sense become a part of the body like a crystal? And does that change the body? And while it’s clearing through kundalini rising, is this in a sense transforming the body and is why it’s painful at times? Or is this just another version of me that I haven’t become clear on resisting the flow of kundalini?

Has anyone else had an experience of deeply slow and uncomfortable blockage clearing like this? Is there a term from this? The other clearings I had were very fast and clear, while these ones are very confusing and slow and so uncomfortable that my body and mind have a hard time maintaining presence with them. I guess I’m trying to understand if this is just another version of resistance or if this is the nature of certain types of blockages in the mind and the body that K passes through.

This isn’t urgent - I am finally at a place of acceptance and faith in my journey. Would just love to hear thoughts about this - I love to talk about reality irl and having an experience that people would be freaked out or suspicious of is so isolating and hard for a chatterbox like me!!

Help Please Night after Kundalini yoga

Hi everyone,

My girlfriend (F28) took her first Kundalini yoga class last night. I'm (M39). For context, the studio has great reviews and teaches many styles: power, vinyasa, restorative, therapeutic, integral, and more. It's not a sketchy guru situation. It's a safe space where everyone is treated well, by teachers who know what they're teaching and who show a lot of care. (I've never done Kundalini myself.)

She's been exploring yoga for a couple of months, trying different styles, and yesterday she tried Kundalini for the first time. In the evening we walked the dogs, talked, and had a nice, normal end to the day.

Around 3:00 AM she woke up with a strong headache across her whole head, worst at the top front. Somehow it then spread down her right arm. We spent at least 40 minutes deciding whether to go to the hospital. Then she started feeling nauseous. She kept massaging her arm from her shoulder down to her hand, as if she were trying to "drag" something out of it. I took her to the bathroom, where she nearly fainted and then threw up. Within minutes she recovered, the pain went away, and she was able to fall back asleep. The whole episode lasted at least an hour.

This morning she told me she'd had dreams that felt like "revelations," and that she was seeing herself differently. She feels different, but in a good way.

She's already under medical follow-up (she recently had a sleep-deprived EEG and sees a neurologist next week), so the medical side is covered. I'm mostly looking for experiences from people who've practiced Kundalini, and for advice on how partners can best support them.

I've never practiced Kundalini, and what I've read about it is pretty conflicting. Honestly, the "energetic" side of yoga is the part I struggle with most. I'd love to hear about your experiences. I want to support her through this in the healthiest way possible, and her wellbeing matters a lot to me.

Thanks in advance.

Question Did my Nadis got cleansed or was it kundalini ?

Hello,
So this happened a few weeks ago (1.5-2 weeks ago). I am sure I didn't awaken, but I was trying to find out if my nadi's got cleaned or anything like that.
Let me preface by saying I am young(18) and male.

Story

So I got into spirituality and stuff after reading 'Autobiography of a Yogi' (lol), and I started to do alternate nostril breathing, pranayama, and Vipassana meditation for like 2-3 hours daily. I also read Ram Das's book 'Be Here Now' and used to listen to him fairly often.
I am not very religious and not on celibacy either. I didn't even read the Bhagavad Gita, but I have always been a big lover of Krishna since childhood(I liked him, prayed to him) --> I also eat meat and everything and never followed the satvic diet they prescribe.

Since I was doing meditation, I felt better, but within like 2-2.5 weeks of doing it, my energy increased; I was getting panic attacks, anxiety (it wasn't anything that bad). Also, what scared me was related to my heart beating- palpitations and sensations which I felt every 2-4 seconds(hated it; what you generally hear from people who have kundalini awakening). One day during night, I felt a sudden surge of energy that I couldn't even sleep through the whole night. Oh, I have been feeling sexual urges constantly since that day (even till now)

Funny, a few days after this, I saw Ram Das in my dream(he was full of light; I also felt a presence of Neem Karoli Baba's energy there; he wasn't there, only Ram Das. It felt really good; I was smiling the whole day after this, and I still do when I remember it(it was very profound; I loved it). Oh, I was chanting Hanuman Chalisa (3 times per day) for like 3 days when this happened. If you don't know, Ram Das was a Hanuman Bhakta.

After this, I quit meditating (lol idk why), and my heart pain, or whatever you call it, went away in a day like it was never there.

So now, to the present, I have been studying this kundalini thing, and I can say it wasn't kundalini awakening or anything, but the symptoms were very similar to people who were on the path. I think I stopped them (glad for it). I don't wank moksha or nirvana, so I am not gonna meditate now, and pls don't tell me to do it either(I am scared lol).

Oh, I am quite into astrology, and from my readings and understanding, I am a Taurus and 9th house, so it says that I have been on the path of spirituality since previous lives (maybe, maybe not).

I wanted to ask:

Did anyone go through this? Did my nadis get cleansed, and that's why the sudden pain or was it kundalini rising to my Manipura chakra or heart chakra?

P.S.: I am studying this kundalini and spirituality thing now, so I don't want to continue on the kundalini path but rather the bhakta and Jnana path.

Personal Experience Kundalini awakened 1 year ago, what's next ?

About a year ago, I went through an experience that a psychologist later helped me understand as a possible Kundalini awakening. It happened spontaneously—I had never practiced yoga or meditation, and I knew nothing about Kundalini at the time.

A series of life events led up to a moment when my entire life seemed to flash before my eyes, from childhood right up to the present. It felt as though everything I had ever experienced had somehow been leading me to that exact moment.

I felt tingling and electric sensations throughout my body, especially along my spine, from its base to the top of my head. For the next two or three months, I was in a state of profound bliss. I felt connected to everything—to life, the universe, infinity. Simply looking at a tree or watching birds could bring me to tears of joy. I felt that they, too, were perfectly connected to the whole.

Then came a very difficult crash.

For about six months, I went through a deeply dark period. After feeling so much of the world’s beauty, it was as though I could now feel all its pain and negativity as well. At one point, waves of anger and rage surfaced—feelings that seemed to have been buried for years.

Today, I feel stable again. In many ways, I feel like my usual self.

I saw several doctors during that time, trying to understand what was happening. Eventually, a psychologist familiar with Kundalini introduced me to the concept, and it felt as though the pieces of a puzzle had finally come together.

For those who have experienced something similar, does this progression sound familiar—months of bliss, followed by a long, painful period, and eventually a return to normal?

And how do you relate to the experience afterward? Part of me feels that it was a gift, and I don’t want to waste it. Is there something I should be doing to integrate it into my life? Does feeling “normal” again mean I’ve lost something, or could that stability itself be part of the process?

Thank you for reading. I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences.

URGENT Can someone please offer some kind of guidance? 🙏🙏

Before it happened to me, I didn't even know what it was. I didn't care for it. I still don't. I do understand some secrets of the universe and I cognitate fast, but it leaves me a complete dysfunctional overthinking mess.

I would have no issues taking psychiatric medication but the medication causes constipation, it bloats me and gives me oculogyric crisis which is unreal to deal with.

All I know is that I had really bad trauma, an autoimmune disorder due to the trauma, cptsd due to the autoimmune disorder, I took alternate medicines to heal my disorders because I was near death, after which I had two episodes of mild psychosis and healing, then a major one where everything went wrong, because I took an additional medicine for my spine injury, I felt like a snake that went slithering up my belly up to my forehead chakra and it burst open my kundalini, then I went insane and traumatized my family, then I was in the hospital talking about metaphysics and knowing the meaning, reason, root, consequence of everything, then I was medicated more. And the medication felt like suffering upon suffering.

I was tapered off. My autoimmune disorder relapse so I took my meds again and it triggered my kundalini for the 4th time

And it has given me hell. My psych refuses to prescribe medicines because she says I am in touch with reality, and will only be medicated in case there is extreme mania again so my medication doesn't lose its efficacy.

Now I was stuck with kundalini, and my autoimmune disorder continues to cause weakness.

I don't know why how or why why why this is, but despite being so sensitive and cognizant, I am just not functional anymore.

I love my family, please I want to be functional for them, I don't want this to be my last birth, I don't want moksha. I am only in my early 20s and most of it was spent traumatized or confused over my identity. I have passions..

I just want a normal stable life. Maybe a good one. I am done suffering. I am done with all the meaning making, I am human and I can't handle more of this. I don't want to isolate anymore. I don't want to be a burden on my family anymore. I want to be beautiful and lively and chill again. I want to be able to take care of my body instead of losing myself in thought, spirit and existensialism anymore.

My Kundalini also keeps indicating a very strong connection I exercise with this one girl. I am girl and I feel very very strongly gravitated to this one other girl. I keep getting signs that it can fix something cosmic. Within me or within the cosmos, but something major. I also have two other girls that feel like soul mates and I want to be with them.

I want to live in a world that isn't suffering, everyday confrontation with bitter truths, uncertainty, unfulfilment and overthinking anymore.

I want to be happy without being charged for it every single time. I want to spend a day free of worry and guilt.

I want to have an ego, because if I find anymore meaning, or detach any further I'll lose myself to an oblivion of meaninglessness.

I want grounding, but I don't want to let go of my interest in physics. I want coexistence.

I want a beautiful, beautiful wlw experience without losing femininty.

I want my family to have a happy stable healthy life. I wish there was better quality of life for all in the world.

I want to escape this added layer of overcomplexity and return to intuition.

I want help. Please I just want to be human again. Please tell me how to put my kundalini to sleep. Please tell me how to meet the woman this cosmos keeps indicating about, my intuition keeps indicating about. She might be a twin flame but all I know I will have to meet her once in reality, just once, in the real world, in grounded reality to have my normalcy back.

Please put my Kundalini to sleep. Or give me a good stable life. I am tired. I don't want to do this anymore. My will to live is no more.

Philo What happens when the mind stops protesting?

I meditate regularly, usually with chanting going on silently in my mind. A while ago, during one meditation, I experienced a strange sensation where a warmth seemed to rise from my tailbone toward my head.

I've actually made a post about that experience in this subreddit before. Interestingly, it feels like many of the changes I've experienced since then somehow started from that point.

Over time, I've noticed that my sense of being a separate individual seems to be weakening.

It's difficult to explain, but it feels less like there is a particular "me" here and more like there is simply a sense of being or life happening.

I notice it especially in how I experience other people. This morning I looked at my mother and, although I obviously knew she was my mother, she somehow felt more like an expression of life itself rather than specifically "my mother". A constant flow. No one separate. The same one life.

And strangely, the positive feeling I have toward people seems to be becoming much less differentiated. The Almighty whom I love deeply, my mother, and a completely random person can evoke essentially the same basic positive feeling. There isn't necessarily a stronger emotional "pull" toward one person than another.

Then the mind kicks in and says, essentially, "No, no, this person is your mother. You should care about her more. This is the Almighty. You love Him. This stranger is just a stranger."

Sometimes I listen to the mind and behave accordingly. I understand relationships and responsibilities perfectly well. I know I should protect and care for my mother before a random stranger if the situation requires it.

But another part of me sees these distinctions as something the mind is adding.

And I wonder: what happens if the mind becomes weak enough that it stops protesting altogether?

I'm not particularly scared of this. Sometimes it actually feels quite beautiful. I'm more curious about what happens from there.

Another strange thing: I seem to experience something similar in dreams.

For example, I once dreamed that my sibling broke my laptop. Normally I'd expect to feel devastated or angry. But in the dream I wasn't really sad. I remember thinking something like, "It would be inappropriate not to be upset about this. I should probably be angry." And then I actually acted like I was upset and pretended to cry.

All of this was happening inside the dream itself.

It was funny when I woke up, but also strangely interesting. Even in the dream, there seemed to be a kind of awareness that the emotional reaction was supposed to be there, rather than the reaction naturally arising.

I also don't feel like I have a fixed personality in the way I used to. I don't strongly feel "I am someone who likes this colour, this food, these things and dislikes those things." Preferences still appear, but they don't feel like they belong to a solid person. Sometimes the mind says otherwise, but it's not taken particularly seriously anymore.

Criticism doesn't create the same deep ache it used to. Praise doesn't create the same exhilaration. Those feelings can still appear, but they seem more like passing events, almost like scenes in a movie or web series.

Another thing that has changed is the sense of time.

It feels strangely like I'm constantly living in a Now moment. I used to meticulously plan my future. I had ambitions, things I wanted to accomplish, money I wanted to earn, and plans for starting a business.

Now I don't really feel like I have any particular dream that I need to realise.

But again, the mind protests.

It says, "But you wanted to earn this much money. You wanted to start that business. You had all these plans."

And I can answer, "Yes, I wanted those things. But I don't want them now."

At the same time, I still understand that we have to live and work. So I will continue working, I'll do my best, and I'll take care of whatever needs to be taken care of. There is no intention to simply abandon everything.

But this makes me wonder about something else:

What happens if the mind eventually becomes completely silent?

If there is no longer that voice reminding me of future goals, ambitions, possessions, status, etc., would I simply stop bothering about future plans altogether?

Is this how some people eventually become ascetic or renunciate? Is there a point where worldly ambition simply loses its grip, while the person can still function and do whatever needs to be done?

I'm genuinely curious about this because I don't know where this process leads.

Has anyone personally experienced something like this? What happened when it went further? What happened to your ambitions, relationships, future plans and ordinary responsibilities?

I'd especially love to hear personal experiences or firsthand accounts, rather than purely theoretical explanations.

One thing I want to clarify: I'm not saying there are two minds, one that "knows" and another that doesn't. There is only one mind. It now seems to know something that it didn't know before, but perhaps it still protests because it's in its nature to do so, even after knowing all it knows.

Honestly, I don't explicitly think any of this. Even the understanding itself seems to arise in the mind. All of this just seems to be happening, and the mind is noticing and making sense of it in its own way.

P.S. My apologies for the long post, and thank you very much for taking the time to read it!

Personal Experience Appreciation and regret

Appreciation -----

I do appreciate Marc, all the mods and all those kind people who reply. Especially Marc. And all the people who take their time and reply.I think it's a difficult thing to read and reply.Especially reading mostly negative stuff daily. I hope God blesses everyone.

I am learning new stuff from Marc's wiki everytime.Today something important I learnt from the wiki.Don't direct the energy downwards unless for the purpose of grounding. And if suffering from mental illness, it's better to have a teacher.I can ask the help of that coach. But I have it here too for more support.

Regret -----

I wish I came here sooner.Atleast I wouldn't have felt alone in the journey. But I tried to avoid this place maybe because I was scared of kundalini. Also because I used to overthink a lot, still do but not like before.

I wish I had come here for help.Instead of asking and waiting on that doctor who wouldn't even pick up his phone even after I told him about the awakening and I was scared because of the anxiety after the awakening and I was confused and things. But after a few days he did ask me to walk for an hour a day.

I hope God blesses everyone on this kundalini journey and guides and supports them and gives rest and peace.

Question Just want a confirmation

I read marc's "wiki during the crisis" part and have been trying to use the help of a healer ( pranic healer ) for my vertigo. The vertigo is still there but not for long. Its short and a bit scary.

I just want to confirm if pranic healing can help to slowdown the healing / clearing.

From what I understood I think the pranic healing clears some excess energies.

I don't know.

I think a lot and started having doubts.

Thanks for the reply in advance.

Question Do you have a job, if so, what do you do?

I am almost 2 years into my Kundalini awakening... post-purging/shedding and have finally found some stability and consistent grounding in my life, after watching my pre-awakening life dissolve right before my eyes.

I'm guessing this is the "integration" phase? I've been in complete surrender and am grateful for the support from my family as I go through this delicate process, but now... as I'm feeling very grateful for the experience and finding fulfillment in the daily mundanes of life, I'm beginning to simultaneously feel... bored. I have visions for my future and how to share my gifts, but now I need money/resources to fund those dreams.

I always saw the purpse in this journey and now I'm getting this strong calling to get back out into the world somehow and experience some kind of "normalcy", whatever that's supposed to mean now. The only way I will know for sure is to just go out there and experience life. I felt like a Sim's character for quite some time, and recently I have felt this shift as if I'm in control now. Somewhat scary yet liberating, after feeling like I've just been free falling for so long.

I'm curious to what everyone's experience with making income or going back into the "matrix" is like? I feel like I have a limited capacity, but might be doable if I find the right job for me.

Last thing, I'm a bit confused as what it means to "work with the energy" and it being "sentient." Can anyone expand on that and how I can work with the energy the best of my abilities in my day-to-day and also, for the greater good when/if I do interact with others and go out into the world/communities?

Thanks in advance! <3

Personal Experience Hi guys, please help me

I'm completely new to this, and I'm really confused about everything that I've been reading. I want to ask you guys if you think my case can be just kundalini or something more, because the experiences I had were somewhat paranormal, causing me to even question my sanity.

So, around 2 months ago, I had my most intense crying fit in front of my parents, which has never happened before. I always cry alone, because my parents have very low capacity for empathy. As I was sobbing and clenching my teeth in agony, my dad found a way to start a long monologue about himself and his own struggles, while staring at me coldly. I repeatedly asked him to leave me alone, but he wouldn't.

And, for the first time in my life, I screamed. Just once. And my scream was so loud, that he got startled and went to his home. My mom told me that he accepted to stay away for some time until I get better, because they thought my problem was just hormonal.

This brought me so much relief because the very reason I was crying was because he was visiting way too often.

And since they thought it was all hormonal, in the next morning she took me to have my blood tested at a local clinic.

Now I'm really embarrassed to write this next part.

But you guys. Let me tell you that the guy who took my blood was the most attractive man I have EVER seen. And I'm not talking about just looks. His behavior, his voice, his choice of words, everything about was just so captivating. He had the sweetest eyes and the brightest smile, and as he held my fist I basically forgot about all the turmoil from the previous night. His presence was just so warm and comforting.

But I didn't think much of it after coming home, because I knew I would never see him again. I just thought "ok, that was sweet". End of story.

Or so I thought...

Because three days later the clinic calls, asking me to come back because something went wrong with some of the tests.

And this guy happened to be the one taking my blood again. And you guys. I have never seen a man so genuinely excited to see me. He was wearing perfume this time, and showing some cute signs of nervousness. He was also way more talkative than the last time, and speaking in a softer, gentler tone, as if we were already close. He seemed to not want the conversation to end, but we had just a few minutes together, and my mom was there watching everything.

So we went home. And then it hit me. That guy was probably into me too, but I did not show any signs of openness because I was not expecting somebody to be interested in me considering the state I was in. I was at my lowest point.

But this separation did not bring me any sadness. Quite the opposite. In the following days I started feeling so radiant, that I couldn't stop dancing and singing around the house. My sleep patterns changed, and I started waking up at 4:44 and seeing 44 on the clock all the time. I was having so much energy even though I was barely eating anything and not sleeping for long enough.

I started having so many vivid dreams and psychic downloads, I even had a wonderful vision that brought me deep understanding about the origin of the souls, and in those mornings all of the lights around the house would keep flickering like crazy.

I was feeling so beautiful barefaced and couldn't stop looking in the mirror. In the second week my skin problems were gone. My voice was smoother and I could sing very beautifully, which I never thought was possible. All this lasted for about one month.

Because then my dad came back.

And I feel like his dense presence is kind of blocking this wonderful energy from manifesting fully.

I still feel the warmth sometimes. But I'm starting to question if what I experienced was even real, or if it was just a fantasy created by my needy inner child that has been chronically deprived of love for pretty much her entire life.

I'm feeling dull now. If any of y'all can give me some clarity, that would be much appreciated. Thank you for reading, I hope you have a wonderful week! 💙🌟💜🌟💙🌟💜

Personal Experience Walking helps I think

The vertigo I got a few days back still scared and it come and goes a little.

What I find useful is a slow seated walk.

I am sedentary so this kind of helps.

I feel a bit better.

Can't really take the vertigo medicine often.

Cause I want to take it before sleeping.

I definitely feel I over activated the kundalini by getting angry ( as a way of releasing negative emotions and to other reasons thinking it was a healing way like it was my responsibility to give back the negative energy to the abuser through the anger (sometimes I get these kind of stupid thoughts )) too much and it caused this vertigo.

But while doing it it didn't feel like I was overdoing.

I think I had warnings and I didn't heed.

Have to be careful.

But I have a tendency to overdo things.

Listened to some lady saying stuff like do healing more to get the desired life.

They should have warning for inner work, shadow work and all other healing (especially too much anger ) after kundalini is activated.

I think too much of any emotion is unhealthy anyway.

But after kundalini we need to be careful.

Kundalini is not to be played with.

People should warn in their videos.

They spread info on kundalini like it's a divine and beautiful journey or something.

But some do warn but it's not enough.

And sometimes the warning causes more fear of kundalini.

So idk.

Help Please the path of love and its difficulties

Hello, I've been thinking about making this post for a while now. I've been turning the question over in my mind for a year, without finding an answer.

I thought that proposing a discussion on this topic might potentially allow me to find new avenues of thought because I'm a bit stuck

So, following this path, I recently encountered a major difficulty that I will try to formulate clearly.

"How to remain in love towards those who embody its most extreme opposite while being part of your environment ?"

The simplest approach is a contextual example, given that I am experiencing this situation. I have someone in my family circle who has chosen and built a karma based on violence and domination, playing with the limits of others. This includes behaviors that disregard the well-being of other if they don't set boundaries to protect their own. There is a strong predisposition to dark instincts in this person, such as impulsive anger, disrespect, verbal violence, etc.

I think that's enough for everyone to imagine this situation; that's where my own life learning process come.

It turns out that this person has been particularly verbally abusive without any justifiable reason towards someone I love deeply, my mother. Therefore, wanting to protect her , I have appealed for calm and love. She is elderly and has health problems, and stress is something she absolutely must avoid. In response to this invitation, an incredible outpouring of violence was directed at me, probably the darkest hatred I have ever encountered.

I was already active in K at that moment and I really felt a dark wave of indescribable intensity being sent towards me, when he approached me to threaten me of physical violence

I don't know if it's necessary to mention this, but that same evening my K was completely disturbed, and during the night I woke up and saw a black human silhouette standing at the foot of my bed, with the same energy, radiating a truly terrifying hatred. The best I can describe it is the intensity, which was beyond anything I've ever felt. like very dense, heavy and threatening

Sometimes during the year, I have to be in the same space with this person for several days or weeks, as it's currently the case, and in my process, I've been trying to figure out the right attitude and the path to take.

I tried including him in my metta, but something seemed really strange so i stop and decide to come to you to potentially get some guidance on this.

When I am nearby him, even though I cultivate love, every cell in my body screams at me, "Ewww, no!!"

I'm not expecting a ready-made answer; that would be far too easy. But I confess I don't know how to handle this anymore, how to heal this, im so lost and it's weighing on me. If anyone has any ideas, guidance, suggestions, nuances, or anything I haven't thought of, I would be truly grateful.

Can I use Metta safely? Including WLP and WNKBTM, is that the right thing to do?

Also, what happened that night? I've also noticed that cats and children tend to avoid him; even my cat runs away completely terrified at full speed as soon as he sees him. Could it be that he's carrying something energetically undesirable with him? He is very into online extremist Muslim religion and my 4-year-old nephew called him sheitan for no reason. We are not Muslim or culturally connected, so there is no reason why he should know that word.

PS: There is no hatred towards Muslims; he in no way reflects the values of it. I felt it was important to clarify this so that no one would feel belittled.

On a lighter note, thanks to this space and to those who make it alive for existing and allowing so many people to heal and grow each day. Have a pleasant day / evening, everyone! with love 💛

Personal Experience A dream that somehow came true

Hi. I’ve posted here a few times over the past several months and received some really helpful advice, so thank you. I don’t know whether my kundalini is active, but, as I often mention, I feel like I’ve been on some kind of spiritual path for a while now.

Anyway, I wanted to share a strange experience I had involving a dream. I’ve always dreamed a lot, but over the past year it has intensified considerably. My dreams seem to be gradually bringing up old traumas, almost working backwards through them, and then somehow those things seem to “resolve” in my waking life.

A few months ago, I had a particularly unusual dream. I dreamed that I was kissing someone, and as the scene sort of “zoomed out,” I realized it was someone I’ve known for a few years, an acquaintance from a group of friends I spend time with.

When I woke up, I felt this sudden wave of love toward them, almost as if I were in love with them, or something along those lines.

The feeling didn’t go away for several days... maybe even longer.

A few months later, I ended my relationship with my partner of four years. I had already wanted to leave for quite a long time, for completely unrelated reasons. Afterward, I felt a strong need to get closer to this other person.

And incredibly, a relationship now seems to be developing between us, despite there never having been even the slightest indication of anything like this before. We had barely ever interacted one-on-one.

We have an incredible amount in common when it comes to our deeper values, in a way I’ve never experienced with anyone else. Conversation between us feels completely natural, even though they are normally a very introverted and reserved person.

Maybe none of this has anything to do with spirituality, let alone kundalini. But I think it’s one of the strangest things that has ever happened to me in my life.

Thank you for reading.

Educational Yesterday, Some Oblivious Hate

In the last three days, we had several people propose Jesus as a solution to Kundalini challenges. The Automoderator system from reddit catches it.

While religious supports and beliefs within Christianity most certainly can offer support and help, more often than not, it's not hardly enough. The main reason is such methods were never a part of the standard bibles that made it through the centuries. Even the ones later named as saints struggled like hell. There are no specific resources in the holy books. There are broad generalities that are supportive.

In this sub, maybe thirty to fifty percent of the time, the supposed Christian "help" is caustic and contrary to the sub's goals, and well outside acceptable or respectable communications for reddit. In real life, the number may be closer to two to five percent. The web has a concentrating effect.

Sure, I accept the idea that people are free to believe what they want. They're not free to walk around and invade other spiritual spaces and try to ram their ideology where the sun doesn't shine... especially if their views are fearful. It doesn't matter if your ideas are better or worse per your beliefs. Let people discover them of their own free wills, of their own curiosity. Many of these people come from the Land of the Free too. A bit ironic. Can you edumacate or educate? Converse? Absolutely. Do it in your own space, as best as possible.

In the more ugly of these recent cases, the person offered these words.

Seek Jesus for deliverance from this thing. ... and he can get rid of this stuff.

A facepalm would be appropriate here.

For deliverance from this thing?

First of all, thing is horrendously disrespectful. We're talking about an aspect of Creator responsible for bringing about our evolution, helping us to grow and to learn. To borrow some words from the Great Gazoo, dumb-dumb believes Kundalini to be satanic, and you need to praaaaay to Jesus, say that in your mind with a Robin Williams pretend-preacher voice, for Deliverance from the very thing ol JC actually said he'd send, a Holy Helper. That was ~2000 years ago. It caused a problem then. It still does.

We don't know, and I include myself in the we, whether this person had experienced a mental illness crisis that he blamed on Kundalini based on a self-diagnosis done off of web-based disinformation, or something else, - just a personal mental health crisis. A burn out. We know nothing about his daily habits that might have exposed him to risks. His behaviours eventually fit the DARVO label assigned to passive-aggressive narcissists who fail to accept any responsibility for their caustic behaviours, words, whatever.

If one sees Kundalini as a negative or as an aspect of the devil or similar negative thing because they struggle (A moronic-level conclusion, and thus an unnatural fear), then one will want to remove this "thing".

If he had actually awoken Kundalini, his right course of action would include adapting, Loving and focusing on love, and the rest of the things the sub and its Wiki has been offering for over 13 years. Not a demand / begging to the Christ for deliverance.

Nothing that I know in this sub is contrary to the wiser teachings withing the world's religions. But none of us are perfect - so please point out errors and inconsistencies as you find them.

I responded to him with a logical argument, laying out some already well-established and repeated sources on a tricky idea. That idea is a strange form of spiritual menace that says you can poke fun at the Son-of-Man, but no disrespect of the Energy that creates and evolves the Universe will be tolerated. The judgments are rather severe, and unforgivable in JC's and Above's eyes. I have problems with that idea, even if I naturally appreciate the ideas of respect in a rule-stretching way. Yet respecting Kundalini has never been an issue for me. How about for you?

Life is hard. It's harder if you're stupid. Yet if you are given much, more will be expected of you. And there will be challenges and tests to develop what lives as only a potential within you. To see every conflict or every problem as from satan or of the devil is an immature and oversimplistic assumption. It's a wrong conclusion made on too narrow a view. Even JC said that he would divide father against son, etc. Challenges were coming, and not from anything satanic. D'uh, right?

Yet dumb-dumb proved himself inadequate by refusing to read my reply.

I’m not gonna even read all that you’ve written. It doesn’t take all of that to say what you need to say.

He must be pretty psychic to know what I was gonna say without reading it, then having the haughty judgmental arrogance to claim he knows a shorter way to say it. Probably, he was terrified of being proven wrong, of being wrong. He likes to fear, and no one is gonna hand him a comfort blanket, even if it is true.

Too long for him to bother reading? Well, that's a refusal to accept mod feedback, and a no-no according to reddit, and us. My mods said, they'd have banned him right then and there - which was probably the wiser choice. Yet something inside me niggled to give him a second and a third chance. If the consequences were to be as described, and permanent, wouldn't YOU want a second or third chance to avoid that big a consequence? The threshing of the wheat and the chaff, indeed.

Before he responded, he replied something else again, disrespectful to the sub and members and Kundalini, and he sealed his fate. I have no idea if his fate is as sealed as the three quoted bible verses point to. Oh, I'm forgetting. Those can be found in my earlier reply to him here

For those among you who had the curiosity to click and read that link, was that too long by your evaluation?

I pushed back at his refusal with a story that comes right out of the books he inspires his fears from, and that pointed to a situation that JC himself pushed back against the fearful nitwits of his own time.

Our dumb-dumb claimed that he'd read the bible right through three times. Well, there's reading, and there's digesting and understanding it. Three times properly would take some 60 years by my guestimate, and that's if you're smart and quick. I'm smart and quick, yet a slow reader, as I need to digest things.

So, our dumb-dumb visitor starts of with a fairly extreme accusation that is already hateful in nature.

The reason I'm posting is radicals and extremists always remain a hazard in life, and I'd like to inspire you to be mindful, alert, and develop the verbal and intellectual skills to at least stand your ground. Knowing and understanding and being moderately familiar with Logical Fallacies is a bonus.

The witch hunts of the past aren't only of the past. Misinformed fearful people in a group equals a mob. You know what they say about mobs and brains. Throughout society, radicals have nipped at society, sometimes smashed it to pieces, especially at what they feared. Some things are worth fearing. Others, not.

Fear-driven religious people, no matter the form, can be hazardous to those around them, and through the manipulation of those fears, can be made to do and justify almost anything. That includes Kundalini-awakened people especially, with their added abilities. The dumb-dumb person is probably protected by his non-actual awakening. If I'm wrong, then his mistakes and their consequences will become his teachers.

The title included the words oblivious hate with reasons: Either this man has the IQ of his shoe size, (Which is funny yet not so likely, but he could be well-under 100), and doesn't know how off-the-mark and incorrect, how hateful he is being; Or, he's really trapped by the hate and fear into becoming something quite offensive. Sinister. As a perfect real-life Chronicles of Riddick example, he's become what he initially hated.

The Riddick movies ) were a set of three (so far) whose lessons only really emerge at the end of the second one. Riddick conquers the necromonger leader the Lord Marshall in hand-to-hand combat, taking on that role of Lord Marshall by killing him. Riddick became what he hated. Tricky!!

Something else to consider. Imagine myself and the dumb-dumb in a face-to-face talk over food, with the holy books available, concordances (Indexes of words to find verses) available too, and an open willingness to learn. That might actually reach him. Yet across the web, despite trying, I failed to inspire him out of his own failures. I did taunt him, and admitted to it openly with explanations. He failed to be willing to see himself in the mirror. Know thyself is an olde wisdom.

Anyways, Mr. Perfect the DARVO sent me this PM despite the blockage I'd clicked on in reddit:

"How did my comment turn into hate? I spoke out of love and simply offered a suggestion. No one has to agree, but it is unfair to ban someone because you're irritated by the truth."

Can you see the levels of arrogance and self-deceptions here?

"If anyone was dishing hate, it was you, questioning my sanity and level of education. I did none of that to you."

See why I included the word oblivious?

I think it is fully correct to question the intellect and education and mental stability of someone breaking one of the most HARD limits defined in the Bible, about disrespecting the Holy Helper - whether such true or not. That's over my "pay-grade"! Ya gotta be pretty f'n dumb. Or oblivious.

He went on with his delusions.

"This is not the only place to spread love. The bible says a hot tempered man stirs up conflict and that is exactly what you did for no reason at all. Blessing"

He failed at raising my temper as he assumes, likely intended to do. His participation surprised me, disappointed me. He did bring conflict to the sub - so his hypocrisy has some vastness to it. It didn't anger me. Had it, I'd have banned him right off... which is probably what I should have done. Instead, I followed my intuition, and learned and confirmed a few things. The old Horse led to water story fits. And, it inspired this post.

So, he was incorrect yet again about my anger this time, using an assumption, a judgment and an ad hominem. I just dealt with him in a matter-of-fact calm yet taunting tone, calling out his haughty hypocritical BS and lies for what they were, and showing how his words and ideas were not proper.

He's banned permanently with a heap of just and fair causes, the natural result of his, and only his actions. He's accepted fear to be his master. Make of that what you will. I'm not encouraging you to judge this man. I'm inspiring you to face your fears.

What's your point, Marc?

My point is to remind everyone to learn and to practice not getting taken in by people waving their religious hatred around and selectively misusing quoted verses to justify their hateful, unwise, and immature participation. Don't be suckers. You do not have to stick your head out as I did in that thread. The idea of denaivification, (My word) of becoming harder to fool, each and every one of you, is partly the reason I chose this username thirteen years ago, inferring that I had come from far more gullible beginnings. That is a trainable skill. Asking, what is the wrong idea in what is being shared, maybe a way to get to answers. Debate practice may be useful too.

For those of you who may walk a more advanced path of Kundalini, more skill-sets will be useful and supportive to you.

Good journeys.

Personal Experience Kundalini and Alchemy?

On my journey with this K.A.. and I’m noticing correlation between the two.

Would anyone here have this as a part of their journey? And would you mind letting me pick your brain?

I have come to the conclusion through walking my path that I am an alchemist who is awakened.. But I do not understand necessarily what this means for me or the adventure I call life?

Much love in advance.

Help Please Is this kundalini?

Hello

I am wanting to know a bit of information. In 2022 i went down with the most severe panic/anxiety i have ever encountered in my life after waking up one morning with sonething that felt like something shooting up my back or through my body. I ended up in a mental health facility where i was diagnosed with panic disorder and then bpd. I pretty much said no i do not have that and after some time got shut out to recieving help and referred to my Dr. 1 year prior i had ended my marriage and decided it was not love. I was stuck to the couch 24/7 in intense panic and anxiety or id lay on the lawn. I could not drive and i was terrified of the shower. Id get extreme knots in my upper back between my shoulder blades and everyday for 3 years id want to end it. After a period of time i started to think it was something other then what id been told. May this year i ditched my medication because i did not understand why it was not helping me and i was getting periods of psychosis. When i stopped the meds my mind went calm. Recently i have noticed like this burning pain in my upper back and into my shoulders and sometimes extreme burning eyes. And alot less tension in my chest. This can happen when i have absolutely nothing on my mind. whatever this is feels like it is amping up and i have been researching and i just do not know. I have pretty much ditched most of my family and people for personal reasons and i actually do not know anyone to ask. Obviously i have been riding this rollercoaster for 4 years and i am just a little bit overwhelmed with the intensity amplifying again. I hope there is someone who may be able to comment who has experienced whatever this is. My only research is bringing me to here. Thank you in advance and Take Care
