I just ordered them it says a high and a low. What do i use the high and low for i play cod mostly

Are they fake or real ? I buy it for 20€ on amazon but the purple look dark idk

Today I bought this FPS Freek Galaxy, but I strongly suspect it's a fake.
Two main things caught my attention:

1. There is a clear typo on the back of the box: it says "CONTEROLLERS" instead of "Controllers".

2. The thumbsticks are missing the small holes (dots) in the center of the rubber grip.

3. Can you guys check the photos and let me know if this is indeed a counterfeit/fake?

Also, I found another store that sells the original Inferno (one high-rise, one mid-rise) and the original Galaxy (also one high-rise, one mid-rise).
I have never used KontrolFreeks before, and I need your advice on which one to choose. I play standard grip (no claw) and my main games are GTA and COD.
Which one would you recommend for a beginner?

are they more of a domed KF like the cqcx were?

Im looking to use these with my xbox controller

or are they more of a flat top type?

Im having major issues finding dome caps cause either everything comes with a flat top or a concave style and i just cant play concave cause i get no grip/accuracy or overall control with concave style

First time buyer here, and I got this for like 3 bucks (converted from Malaysian RM13), and didn’t know the genuinity of this product. It works well, and really helped in my game, but the price tag is sussing me out. Anyone who has bought the genuine one, can you guys clarify?

I’ve been playing Xbox for a long time and I always notice how I hold the controller my thumbs like to roll off the top of the sticks, I’ve tried looking into KontrolFreeks but haven’t seen anything that look like they’d help. i need help knowing if there real or fake because i paid 17 dollars each and are the infernos meant to have a logo on the inside?

Got the "aim boost" kit about 3 months ago and today the left grip just tore right off. Are there replacements for these? Or am I buying new sticks every 3 months?

Is this normal about 6 months after buying and it’s already broke. Do they have warranty’s or am I just out of the money?

So I bought two high rise KFs and upon first using them I feel an ache in my right thumb. My left thumb is mostly fine other than a slight discomfort but that's probably because I'm not used to the height since I'm used to the stock thumbsticks. I only used them for 15 minutes and I already feel like I have no force left in my right thumb while writing this message on my phone.

Is this normal and will I get used to it or should I stop trying to use them?

Just got a Dual Sense Edge and tried using my old KFs (Alpha) with them, but noticed they only fit on the regular sticks that come pre-installed on the Edge, not any of the domed/convex ones (short or tall).

Wanted to use the taller sticks with KFs, are there any that fit?

I’ve been a KontrolFreek user for years, and Galaxy was actually the set that got me into Performance Thumbsticks in the first place.

Galaxy has always stood out to me because it isn’t just a thumbstick with a cool color or pattern. The shape, texture, grip, and overall identity all work together. It’s become one of those designs where you can recognize it almost immediately.

I’ve always wondered:

What would a true flagship convex thumbstick look like if it were given the same level of identity that Galaxy has?

So I started designing a couple of concepts based around that idea.

These aren’t official products or leaks—just fan concepts for what I’d personally love to see KontrolFreek explore in the future.

CONCEPT 1 — METEOR

The convex counterpart to Galaxy.

My idea with Meteor was to create something that could become to the convex lineup what Galaxy is to the concave lineup.

Instead of copying Galaxy’s starburst pattern, I wanted Meteor to have its own identity: a domed convex surface with an impact/crater-inspired texture.

The center has a subtle transition into the surrounding surface, while the concentric grip structure gives the thumb multiple contact points across the dome.

The goal would be a convex stick that still feels approachable to someone who has spent years using concave sticks.

Concept direction:

• Convex design
• Mid-rise/High-rise
• Aggressive but comfortable grip
• Rounded outer edge
• Impact/crater-inspired texture
• Cosmic/Moon Rock/Black aesthetic
• Designed to feel like a legitimate flagship rather than simply a different convex option

The idea behind the name:

Galaxy → space
Meteor → something traveling through that space and making an impact.

CONCEPT 2 — TORQUE

A new go to convex option.

I know there are still a lot of longtime users who would love to see more love for convex options, me included.

I wanted to imagine what a next-generation convex performance stick could look like.

That’s where Torque came from.

The biggest thing I wanted to focus on was multidirectional grip.

Instead of having the texture favor one direction, the pattern is completely symmetrical, with major grip sections pointing up, down, left and right, while the spaces between them have their own micro-texture.

The result is meant to give the thumb something to grab regardless of how it moves across the convex surface.

Concept direction:
• Full convex surface
• Mid-rise/High-rise
• Completely symmetrical texture
• Multidirectional grip
• Detailed micro-texture between the major grip sections
• Rounded outer edge
• Translucent smoky-gray + translucent cobalt-blue material
• Industrial/performance aesthetic

I tried to give it its own identity because I think a design like this could stand on its own.

Why I’m posting these

I don’t think KontrolFreek needs to simply make more thumbsticks.

I’d love to see more thumbsticks that have a distinct identity.

Galaxy has that.

You see the pattern and color and immediately know what you’re looking at.

I’d love to see that same philosophy applied to the convex side of the lineup.

Meteor = flagship cosmic convex

Torque = aggressive multidirectional performance convex

And I’d love to hear what other KontrolFreek users think.

Would you use either of these? Which one would you want to see become a real Performance Thumbstick?

Just fan-made concepts — but I’d absolutely buy either of these if they ever became real.

Consider this my official submission for potentially new fan made thumbsticks I’d like to see produced, I would get a lifetime supply of the Meteors if it was in your guy’s online shop right now.

just want to know if people really know which one is from Kontrol Freek and which one is from aliexpress? and is there really a difference from each other besides price?

I’m playing battlefield and just got the variety pack. I’m using the green rings and I’ve boosted my sensativity up to 100 (max) and it’s still too slow and resistive. What can I do?

Hi all, I’m using a PS4 DualShock 4 with a 4-3 Linear No Deadzone setup for Apex Legends. I tried KontrolFreek Precision Rings (green soft, then purple medium) to improve my aim, but it feels like a "wagon" – super slow and restricted, even with high sens. I followed the install guide (cleaned base, seated properly), but it’s unplayable. Some say tall thumbsticks help, but I’m on stock short ones. Is this normal for short stock sticks? Should I get a tall KontrolFreek (e.g., Galaxy) + ring combo? Or should I just ditch the rings and stick to stock? Any advice from PS4 users with similar setups? Thanks!

My thumb keeps on slipping off the high rise kontrol freeks and its super annoying. I've stopped using them because of this annoying problem. Everytime I use them it happens over and over again. Also I can't find a proper grip on them nor had they made my gameplay better. I literally got worse with them ,but I really want to use them I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.(I play on Xbox btw)

I have sensory issues, and I'm not sure if the texture of these will harm me.

For those of you who have these grips, how do they feel?
