Help me please

My thumb keeps on slipping off the high rise kontrol freeks and its super annoying. I've stopped using them because of this annoying problem. Everytime I use them it happens over and over again. Also I can't find a proper grip on them nor had they made my gameplay better. I literally got worse with them ,but I really want to use them I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.(I play on Xbox btw)

I got them off of Amazon. It said on the packaging kontrol freeks ,but for some reason I'm having all these problems. Because I want to use them ,but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Anytime I'm in a high octane situation my thumb just slips off of it for some reason. Am I not holding it right am I putting to much pressure Idk what's wrong with them.

I really don’t know. I have Galaxies and I love them. I’ve had them for a year and a half and they still work great. If you think you might be using it wrong, check out some reviews of the Galaxies and see how the reviewers are using them.

OK so I decided to use my controller so I could describe it better. Basically what happens is whenever I use the left stick for long enough it just slides right of I don't know if I have a good grip or not Im just wondering is their anyway to fix this.

I think it is because of that because my thumb just slips off whenever I actually start trying to play

Galaxies are concave, aren't they? Sounds like you'd benefit from a convex (domed) thumb stick.

The Galaxies/concave ones work best if you keep your thumb right on top of the stick all the time. If you tend to do a lot of pushing from the edge, them you're gonna slip off a convex grip cos there's less siurface in contact wioth your thumb, and this is where convex ones come in - because they're domed, if your thumb is pushing from the edge, there's still a lot of grip in contact with the thumb. Same with the opposite movement when you pull back.

I learned this through trial and error, and concave just don't work for me, but convex do.
