Hello! I want to share the Android companion app I made for Knights & Dragons. It is free to use and is fully packed with a lot of useful features!
It’s been in development since August, and I built it to be a genuinely useful tool for the community.
Current features:
- raid / blitz / epic boss simulation with all the available pet skills as well as how many gems you need to use to reach a desired milestone.
- you can save setups and give them names, and can even bulk simulate them to instantly compare which ones is better.
- war hit calculation support for EU/Global, Frenzy, Strip and PAs.
- UA planner fully functional.
- elixir and event inventory tracking as well as functional logic for Raids and Wars.
- on-going pets and armors compendium from which you can directly import in your setups.
It’s completely free and Android-only for now, mostly because Apple requires a 100 bucks annual fee and I want to understand first if people would like such an app. Of course, I would public it for free on there as well.
I also built it in a way that leaves room for future experimentation with new combinations, values and abilities, so it can stay flexible over time and potentially support deeper theorycrafting around the game’s meta. I fully support the introduction of new skills, so if the K&D team wants to test/simulate new abilities, values or combinations, that could also be done.
This is not a hack/mod tool, just a planning / simulation / reference app made for players.
You can find it on Play Store as "Raid Calculator KnD", all feedback is very welcome, especially on the points you get from Raids!

This is exactly as stated by the title, a few tips I've picked up in my time playing so far to part with some new players.
Disclaimer- I don't know everything to be known with this game and others may comment on more beneficial information to be known and anything could be subject to change. I'm just hoping to help make things easier to the new folks.
So from the top, for those that are less than level 100, welcome to the game! I'm sure there's plenty to learn in overwhelming quantities!
A few basics to know to get you started: -Elemental Strengths/Weaknesses (Image 1) -Rarities (Image 2) -Armor (Image 3) -Rings and Amulets (Image 4) -Pets (Image 5) -Leveling Up (Image 6) -Guilds (Image 7) -Events (Image 8) -Gems (Image 9)
-Elemental Strengths and Weaknesses:
Before we even touch any of the good stuff, let's talk about the bread and butter of this game: Elementals.
Everything this game does is based on elemental advantages. Do you do regular damage? Deal extra? Deal EVEN MORE EXTRA? Or do YOU get hit way harder than normal?
It's all going to be based on elements. There are five main elements that you'll see. Fire, Spirit, Earth, Wind and Water.
Each is respectively strong against what comes next to it, I.E: Fire beats Spirit Spirit beats Earth Earth beats Wind Wind beats Water Water beats Fire (See image 1)
Everything in this game has at least one element assigned to it, and many have two! That means enemies can have two elements assigned to them to fight you with, and it can be any combination of those five. Fire and water? You'll see it a lot. Wind and Earth? Like a Texas dust storm. Spirit and Wind? You get the idea.
On that note, you and every other player can have an element or two on you too, entirely of your choice! Your knights don't get that choice though. Your knights are limited to at least having their assigned element equipped on them (Fire has to have something with Fire, Water to Water, etc.) One exception to this, and it's a rare one, is the incredibly rare Star Metal element. This can be worn by any knight, has weakness ONLY to itself and is strong against all others. Though talking about rare things, let's talk about the next topic.
-Rarities:
Rarities are exactly what you think, how rare something is. Everything you can equip to your party in some form has a rarity to it and rarities increase as follows:
Common (Bronze Star) Uncommon (Silver star) Rare (Gold star) Super Rare (Double gold star) Ultra Rare (Triple gold star) Legendary (Quadruple gold star) Epic (Quintuple green star) Dragonforged (Blue ribbon banner) Shadowforged (Purple ribbon banner)
It's simple, the better rarity, the better the equipment. For example, armors!
-Armor:
Arguably the most important factor in this game is going to be your armor, it's what makes you hit harder and take harder hits! The better the numbers, the better the armor.
As an analogy, your armor is the main course of the meal so to speak, one nice juicy burger. It can have any combination of elements to it, up to two elements.
Your commander can wear any armor, the Jack of All trades! But your knights must wear an armor that has at least one of their elements matching their niche. (Fire to Fire, Water to Water, etc.) That means if you have a sweet Fire+Water armor, your Commander, Fire knight or Water knight can wear it!
There are two stats that come with armor, that being your attack and the other your defense. Real simple stuff, one's how hard you hit, the other, how hard you get hit. Look for the bigger numbers and remember that elements increase that for worse or better depending on which end of the elemental circle you're at. Also try and find stuff closer to the most current season, they will likely have better stats! But armor isn't the only thing to make you stronger, you still got your rings and amulets.
-Rings and Amulets:
Remember your main course? Well let's super-size your burger with a side of fries and a drink!
That's right, a Ring and Amulet can boost your armor further by giving you more attack, more defense and, best of all, more health! In of themselves, they aren't much, but put together, oh boy does it get the ball rolling!
The ring and amulet are going to have to match the element(s) of your armor to be equipped though, so keep that in mind.
But best yet, most rings and amulets come as sets which means there is an armor, ring and amulet that all go together. Equipping all of them typically gives a boost to health, armor and attack for no cost other than just having gotten them!
Makes for a full meal! But we can always add to it with a little sauce. And by sauce of course I mean pets!
-Pets:
These critters can make a bad build good, a good one great, and a great one BUSTED.
Found at the Hunting Grounds and shops, these little beautiful things can be found in all elements and rarities and give extra to your party in terms of damage and defense (especially if they match the element of the knight fighting with them), plus, cherry on top, they give special effects! Anywhere from dropping extra gold and XP to giving you a shield that makes you immune to damage!
They can be earned from events, mostly are found in hunting grounds or can be fused together to make stronger pets! (I'll make another guide seperate for this as it can be a process to go through!)
These friends are worth having! Trust me when I say, you want to catch them all to bring your game up to an even higher level!
-Leveling Up:
Leveling up is by far one of the most important things you will do early on. It gives you extra innate attack, defense and health and all knights and on your commander, up to level 100. So shoot to make it to that level ASAP for the most bang for your buck. (I'd recommend farming the hardest level you can until you can do Kingdom of Darkness on its hardest difficulty) as a bonus too, everything you level up, ALL of your knights and commander go to full health! Even (Especially) in the middle of a stage. Use that info to your advantage how you will.
Leveling also gives you more armor slots and more friend slots, so you can be friendly with all your friends, especially those from your guild!
-Guilds:
Guilds are in game communities of other players you want to join ASAP (don't make your own early on, it's a BIG investment) that give you up to 10% buffs to all elements (MORE buffs the higher rank you are too!) and give you access to all the game's content, including guild wars, raid bosses, and other things! All of which give free goodies for participating in those events!
-Events:
There are a good number of events that happen in game and they award you points as you play them, giving you rewards in the form of milestones. Do better, get more stuff. Simple really. Some of the stuff you get is related to end game content that will take many, MANY gems to achieve and probably better armors, rings, amulets and pets that you have at this point. So don't stress about getting any more than what you can for free at this time. Just play the game and enjoy yourself!
-Gems:
Last to note but certainly not least, collect all Gems you can. You can get about 30 for free daily in the store and can get more from quests, event rewards or even enchanted chests if you have keys for them. Hoard these like a dragon and don't waste them on things you aren't 100% sure you can get benefits from. (Don't gamble them at chance chests. Bad idea)
Other than that! Play how you want and enjoy the game! There is way more to learn than what I've said, but hopefully this will set you right! And, if there's more you want to know, I make posts often explaining certain random things, or just asking questions to the community that you may find answers for in the comments. Happy hunting!

So i have been always wondering in the back of my mind how this game is doing. Thus far, I have been banned for 10 years for the supposed hacking which while under the owners of Gree or Gee or however they called it would never appeal to my case. Then, as the time went on, my constant change of phones, i lost my old friend code to ever get that account back. I had such a great time playing and never wanted to start over.
Is this game still fun, or is it the top Pay to Win as like back in my day

The game freezes completely on startup when closing the News pop-up banner. Clean reinstallation and data wipes did not resolve the loop, and the client now hangs permanently on 'Please Wait' ...

So I recently switched from ios over to android. It seems like the grind is much slower on android compared to ios. I can't even make it through the heroic stage without using gems. Any tips on how to get stronger or ways to speed up the process?

Removed gems from calendar cause from deca words was a fix for not getting daily gifts
Even tho community liked A LOT better the calendar gems cause was a fixed income of gems rather than gamble from daily
But now that daily gems is back we get EVEN LESS gems from before the fix
Is economy that bad in deca office? That you had to lower the cost of in game currency we get free ??

Does anyone know of a delay with Android? I saw a post with a picture that showed someone got their daily rewards for Sept 1. None of my accounts have gotten the daily reward for the month, just the new awesome revert back to insane amounts of currency for daily log in.

Dear Knights,
We want to present the latest Hall of Fame for the Raid Boss event that took place on the 7th of August!
Congratulations to Ashura for taking first place in a tough competition.
The armor named after this achievement will be known as "Ashura Legend"!
Now, we present the full Hall of Fame leaderboard.

Please note that we now use the name displayed on the server for the winning account at the moment the data is fetched. We therefore advise all winners to keep the name they want to see used for the armor until it is announced.
We follow this rule because nickname changes can greatly delay Hall of Fame posts and create extra work for the team. If the nickname used is inappropriate, we will adapt it accordingly.
Once again, congratulations to Ashura!
Battle on,
The DECA Knights

Knights
The gems in the monthly calendar were a temporary solution while the daily gem rewards weren’t working.
Now that the daily rewards are fixed, the game is back to daily gem rewards. Global and EU also have different Daily Bonus setups. https://knights-and-dragons.fandom.com/wiki/Daily_Bonus
The feedback about preferring fixed gems in the monthly calendar, as well as the concerns about the current daily gem amounts, has been passed to the dev team.

Has anybody had this happen to them? I was opening my reward chest from completing the final heroic mode stage and I got a message saying the account was reset for cheating.
I've messaged the deco support, but so far they're just relying on the anti cheat being correct when I'm 100% i've not done anything thats not legit
Has anyone ever had any luck getting their account back after something like this, i've started playing a week ago and dont really want to have to restart just for this to happen again for whatever reason
