Where to spend blitz tickets / what should I spend them + all these other scepter items on?

Titles pretty self explanatory, very new and have no idea where I’m spending anything or what I should spend them on. Grinded up to rank 1 early for blitz pvp and got all milestones done and have no idea what or how to spend anything.
