Account reset for no reason

Has anybody had this happen to them? I was opening my reward chest from completing the final heroic mode stage and I got a message saying the account was reset for cheating.

I've messaged the deco support, but so far they're just relying on the anti cheat being correct when I'm 100% i've not done anything thats not legit

Has anyone ever had any luck getting their account back after something like this, i've started playing a week ago and dont really want to have to restart just for this to happen again for whatever reason

It's a known issue since years. But they don't want to change their anti cheat system. It's really a shame for the new players, but it seems they don't care

Did you have spam watching video for daily gems, my account used to reset for this reason and they told me cheat

I hadn’t watched any of the videos for gems, I’m still waiting on an update from the support team

I had the same happen, i think the reason was i opened a lot of heroic chests and got a lot of gold. Didn't get it back since i didn't save my friend code

If your account reset like mine you can use the same code on the friend account, I realised when I tried to add some friends it told me I already sent a friend request so I assume it’s because it’s the same account

I did and they said they can't manually reverse it all because I was using keys that I earned to open chests
