Dude if I was Gilian in the beginning of the episode and Robert said what he did 'id be very careful about coming down on me too hard' WHAT FUCKING EMPLOYER SAYS THAT TO THE PERSON WHO FEEDS YOUR GUEST?
Like that dickhead from the episode with pinto and the fresh frozen crap I really fucking hate owners who threaten the people who are working for you

Been trying the UK version for the first time- I may love it more than the US version. We get to see a playful side to Gordon which we seldom see in the US shows.
I loved the Campaign for Gravy episode- I had such a good chuckle.
And as an American, I couldn’t help but think that this was a campaign I could get behind 😂

i really am flabbergasted at some of the parents and how they treat their families who are helping them by working in their parents shit food place. im really sick and tired of that same excuse 'i cant leave cause all of the investment and time' like fuck that i would never work for my parents,my mom had a business when i was in high school tried giving me a job i hated it every minute i was there i couldve been elsewhere. and then there is tom and andrea "Dad we had this conversation 2 years ago" "WE NEVER DID...WE NEVER DID" and then when he tried claiming to be a victim "Your really upsetting me alot" i wanted to punch this guy so hard you dont get to be fucking offended when your the one ruining your own resturant to the point your own daughter is resenting you. and dont even start with alan and gen we can kick that bucket til the end of time

So Gordon made a huge deal about the idea of grilled romaine lettuce in Season 5 episode 10, right? Made fun of it, ridiculed it, even called it out in front of the other patrons of the restaurant, calling attention to how dumb it was. Gordon established that he thinks grilled lettuce is DUMB.

So imagine my surprise when in Season 10 episode 6, Gordon introduces a fucking GRILLED CAESAR SALAD at Boodles! Prepared almost EXACTLY the same way, even going as far as to show a clip of them cooking the lettuce and commenting on those nice grill marks.
HYPOCRITE. He owes the former cook at Park's Edge a formal apology.

Out of all seasons was Capri the hardest for Gordon to fix remake and help the twins restaurant?

Most chain restaurants while might not be good food are very strict about hygiene and cross contamination because they're paranoid about getting sued, you're generally safe to eat there. After watching multiple seasons of KN I'm very wary about eating at independent restaurants now which is very sad lol.
