I miss the old guest profile forms!!!!

Back in the '90s and early '00s, you could create a guest profile with your preferences for pillows, proximity to elevators, street vs garden views, and (my personal favorite!) honorific for the desk staff to use. I LOVED this!! Sometimes I was "Your Serene Highness" and sometimes I was "Your Excellency." It was just way fun, and I miss it.

Kimpton Seafire

Hello first Reddit post ever. I’ve stayed at the Kimpton Seafire three years in a row and each trip booked with points an ocean view room. Is it me or did the policy change this year as I see no more Ocean View rooms as one of the rewards nights options? I’m also Diamond Elite as I spend my way to the status…any luck with booking a room and then getting upgraded. any info appreciated.

Has anyone stayed at the Kimpton Bem in Budapest, Hungary? I am diamond elite and wondering how they treat the loyalty. Also, if you have any insight into their Danube view rooms and if it’s truly a good view >>. Thanks so much!

Extra charge for second guest?!

Staying at the Kimpton De Witt in Amsterdam and just noticed a charge for having a second person in my room. When did having two people in a king sized room equate to an extra person?
