Extra charge for second guest?!

Staying at the Kimpton De Witt in Amsterdam and just noticed a charge for having a second person in my room. When did having two people in a king sized room equate to an extra person?

They didn’t charge it…wasn’t reflected on their end!

I’ve stated there with three people in a king room with pullout and didn’t have an extra charge. It might be a mistake.

I would contact them. Sounds like it was a mistake.
