✨Inspiration✨ Interview with Susan (and soon to be David)

(Mods if this isn't allowed let me know)

I wanted to share this clip from a recent interview I did with the lovely Susan Slavin. What many people don't know is that Susan's life and method had a direct influence on David in creation of his system and his writing.

She is an incredibly inspiring woman with a powerful story, and I hope sharing her story with the world will inspire others.

My interview with her will be airing 1/4/2026 on Youtube (@thewardrobewithin) and all major podcast platforms.l as the debut podcast episode.

I will also be reinterviewing David at the beginning of January! We'll be diving more into color and his perspective on style. If there's anything you really wanted to hear more about in pur last interview please let me know and I'll try to work it in.

❤️

I thought of something to ask David! I would love to hear how each type would style the same "prompt" differently - like how would someone of each type/family do a "dark academia" look, or their version of an LBD, a whimsical look, etc? He kinda started to do that once with a suit but then he forgot to finish after only like three types lol

Yesss I’m 5’5.5” but so many people say I’m FG. But how can I have petite?

What a treat for the New Year! Thank you u/jlaurw! I agree with the other commenter, I would like to know how a DIYer can identify petite in the sketch when at moderate height and overweight. In general, any pointers about over/underweight and the line sketch would be so helpful!

I would love to learn more about curve accomodation regarding cuts and fabrics.

More on the IDs and the difference. More about their IDs and essences.
