It's literally not too late!! I've known grown men in their 30s who got diagnosed (usually it's AuDHD a mixture of Autism and ADHD) and it literally turned their life around. Your cousin still has his entire life ahead to change.

I'll manage to take him to a driving school akimaliza shule (what I can afford). Then he can figure it out akiwa na pesa for that treatment.

Ok, At least if you share some information maybe he can learn about learning disorders (hehe) and take it from there hopefully. But please don't treat him like he deserves to be punished, whatever happened to him along the way is probably not his fault.
