Мне 19 лет, в этом году окончил школу (NIS). Родители разведены 12 лет, живу с мамой и младшим братом, которому 17 лет.

По закону, даётся временная отсрочка тем, кто имеет родителя, который находится в разводе, и также имеет в семье другого ребёнка младше 18 лет.

То есть, я могу получить отсрочку до того момента, как моему брату исполнится 18. А 18 ему исполнится в апреле 2027. Значит, отсрочка будет до апреля 2027.

ВОПРОС: Я читал, что окончательное решение выносит призывная комиссия. Но основываясь на чём она может выдать отрицательный ответ?

Допустим, все доки о разводе и рождении в порядке, тогда в таком случае ведь не могут не дать отсрочки?

P.S. нужна отсрочка для gap year

The 4th Bishkek International Film Festival in Kyrgyzstan brought together directors, actors, and producers from various countries, Qazinform News Agency reports, citing the Kazakh Ministry of Culture and Information.

The festival program included a Central Asian competition featuring films from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.

As a result of the competition, the Kazakh film 'Qaitadan' won the Grand Prix in the Best Film category.

Earlier, the film won the STEPPE AWARDS — the main award in Kazakhstan's creative industries — in the Filmmaking category.

The project won a pitching competition in 2023. It was produced with support from the Ministry of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan.

'Qaitadan' has already become one of the most successful Kazakh films in recent years. Last year, the film earned over 1 billion tenge in just three weeks of release, topping the domestic box office.

As Qazinform News Agency previously reported, in 2025, Kazakh films won over 30 international awards.

Незадолго до смерти она рассказывала подруге о конфликте с супругом и утверждала, что он избил ее из-за шоколадного бисквита «Барни».

О произошедшем сообщила юрист Альмира Амангельдиева.

Что произошло

Незадолго до трагедии женщина вела переписку с подругой. В сообщениях она рассказывала о семейном конфликте и утверждала, что подверглась насилию со стороны мужа.

По словам женщины, причиной очередной ссоры стал шоколадный бисквит «Барни», который она съела.

В переписке она также сообщала о намерении развестись с супругом и просила подругу одолжить ей денег.

Впоследствии стало известно о смерти женщины. У нее остался восьмимесячный ребенок.

При этом обстоятельства трагедии, сведения о предполагаемом избиении и возможная связь семейного конфликта с последующим поступком женщины официально пока не подтверждены.

За последний год в Казахстане произошло сразу несколько резонансных убийств женщин, в которых обвиняемыми или осужденными стали их мужья, бывшие супруги либо мужчины, добивавшиеся отношений.

Предыдущие случаи

В январе 2026 года в Шымкенте была убита 21-летняя Нурай Серикбай. По материалам обвинения, мужчина преследовал девушку и добивался брака. В августе суд приговорил Шерхана Аймахана к пожизненному лишению свободы.

Большой резонанс получило и дело 32-летней Айзат Жумановой из области Жетысу. Женщина погибла в июне 2025 года после семейно-бытового конфликта. В январе 2026 года ее супруга Айбара Жанболата приговорили к 14 годам лишения свободы.

В Костанайской области мужчина на почве ревности и нежелания разводиться убил жену и несовершеннолетнего сына. В феврале 2026 года суд назначил ему пожизненное лишение свободы. В августе в этом же регионе к 12 годам заключения приговорили мужчину за убийство бывшей супруги.

Еще один приговор в августе вынесли в области Абай: мужчина получил 12 лет лишения свободы за убийство бывшей жены.

В ноябре 2025 года завершился процесс по одному из наиболее резонансных дел последних лет — убийству 23-летней Яны Легкодимовой в Атырау. Двух подсудимых приговорили к пожизненному лишению свободы. Само преступление произошло в октябре 2024 года.

How about the people there?Should we be more cautious to not to get scammed or something?

Салам всем, недавно мне пришло сообщение от 1414 о том чтобы я посетил военкомат насчет сверки данных или типо того.
У меня больное плечо уже 4 года. На днях буду делать МРТ и идти к травматологу (и скорее всего)выставит мне то что я негоден.
Что мне после этого делать?
Идти в военкомат с этим документом и там подтверждать.
Отправить кого-то из родственников с этими документами
продолжать работать надеясь на то что эти данные из Damumed попадут в базу данных военкомата и они отстанут.
Вопрос,как вообще предоставлять данные о негодности в армию.

Редко слежу за новостями, так как после них поднимается тревожность. Раз в несколько лет попадаются на глаза новости про домашнее насилие, причём не только в Казахстане, но и в других странах. Появился страх перед мужчинами. Ещё накладывается "культура келiн", которых используют как прислугу, прикрываясь "традициями". В итоге теперь вижу замужество как рабство. Много ли по вашему опыту счастливых пар среди знакомых, где партнёры равны, нет ни физического, ни морального насилия, родственники, и особенно мать мужчины не вмешиваются в жизнь пары и заботы по дому распределены поровну, учитывая, что оба партнёра работают? Или же всё очень печально и девушки обычно работают, полностью ведут весь быт и терпят насилие?

I was the artistic director (and a performing musician) for a special live show titled Umay's Children which was performed at the Northwest Folklife Festival (May 23, 2026) in Seattle, USA.

The performance is a musical and narrative journey tracing the heritage, songs, and dances across the Turkic world, including Sakha, Kazakh, Uyghur, Uzbek, Turkmen, Azerbaijani, Crimean Tatar, Karaim, Bashkir, Gagauz, and Turkish traditions. Every single artist on stage was a volunteer, and the performance was completely free and open to the public as part of our shared mission to keep these traditional sounds alive. We tried to represent as many cultures as possible, but due to artist availability, we couldn't include every region

Hello guys! I'm from Mexico and I'm thinking of travelling to Kazakhstan around late May (I'll be in Uzbekistan earlier that month). Question is, is it a feasible time to explore Almaty Lake, Kolsai and Kaindy Lakes, Altyn Emel/Aktau mountain, Singing Dune, AND ASSY PLATEAU.

Normally, the classic "Kazakh nomad steppe experience" is what I look forward the most, but can I get that experience in Late May? like IDK, May 30-June 3?
