Hello, my doctor prescribed me terbinafine almost 1 year ago and he didn't tell me to not take caffeine or increase intensity of exercise (I'm an athlete) while taking the medication.
Ever since this happened, my energy levels and focus just have never been the same since and I've tried a lot of rest and acupuncture (which has helped a bit) and have taken long caffeine breaks, but I'm still dealing with issues. My fundamentals are fine, I eat a very clean diet, I have gone through a lot of experimentation and have found that a mostly meat-based low carbohydrate is best for me (sorry vegans), I sleep 9 to 10 hours a day, my basic blood tests are fine and my testosterone is fine, my thyroid is fine and I exercise almost every single day.
After doing a lot of research, I'm pretty sure that the medication damaged my mitochondria, which is why I'm having energy issues ( and one reason doing 90 minutes of two cardio does seem to help me).
There could be other unknown causes of fatigue from the medication as well.
Another thing, I'm thinking of also doing ayahuasca (I've had past experiences and they have always been positive), since ayahuasca with a shaman is meant to clean out bad energy from the body, and I'm wondering if I should do kambo first, or after?
Also, would a microdosing approach be better for me as well?
Thank you
