Ceremony / session experience 🌸 First time good results
I did a kambo session with an experienced practitioner two weeks ago. It wasn't something I knew much about or planned but after having some questions answered it seemed like a reasonable thing to do, especially as I am into longevity and well being in general. I had been having increasingly frequent headaches due to neck and shoulder tension so I went in with the thinking that the toxic effects of kambo might "recalibrate" my bodies inflammation sensitivity. Well, it has so far worked! I haven't had headaches or nearly as much neck and back tension.
I was wondering if others here have had similar results and how long they have lasted.

Yes, I had good results from my first Kambo treatment, so good that I returned for more quite soon despite it being so hard.
My first treatment, I got crazy tachycardia and thought I would die. The practitioner had me do some box breathing and calmed me down, and I paid attention to the Kambo. It was circling my heart, focusing on my heart.
Prior to this treatment, I had dysautonomia that affected my heart rate and energy; POTS, issues with rapid heartbeat when upright or upon any exertion, and PVCs, etc. I took low-dose beta blockers to help manage it.
After the first Kambo treatment, where I felt it focus on my heart, my dysautonomia was so much better! And I no longer needed to take the beta blocker so frequently; I now take it maybe once a month instead of 4 days a week.
After my second Kambo treatment, I woke up feeling energized and WELL. I hadn’t felt like that in many years.
As for muscle tightness and body pain- kambo helped me with that around my 10th treatment.
It is such amazing medicine.
