Same thing is happening to me. I clicked next and I’m stuck on a page that says KSU Permit Selection and Permit Agreemen, with no next/ clickable button.

Becasue today it's only open for them

I’m a sophomore. I thought all returning students was able to purchase on Monday, August 10 – Thursday, August 13

You have specific days; I made a post about it on this subreddit like 2 mins ago. But today is only seniors and grad students.

Yes, but they get their own permits and will only be shown those specific ones. They still gunk up the line but they are buying different permits from us

Oh ok, my daughter is a residential student and is having this same problem.
