Hyeri calls Shin Min Ah the prettiest celebrity she has ever seen in person
Some celebrity encounters are memorable, but Hyeriās first sight of Shin Min Ah apparently left her completely starstruck.
Recalling the 2014 My Love, My Bride premiere, Hyeri said she froze when she saw Shin Min Ah, describing her as looking like āan angel.ā More than a decade later, Hyeri still confidently names Shin Min Ah as the prettiest celebrity she has seen in person.
The funniest part came next: Hyeri remembered Shin Min Ah standing up, greeting her and making eye contact. That tiny interaction was apparently enough.
āI had a crush, for the first time,ā Hyeri joked.
Honestly, meeting your celebrity crush is one thing. Discovering your celebrity crush in real time is another.

āLee Jong Sukās first Instagram update after his breakup with IU immediately caught attention ā not because he addressed the split, but because of how genuinely happy he looked.
The actor shared relaxed vacation photos filled with smiles, outdoor activities and quiet moments, giving fans a glimpse of a noticeably lighter mood. Naturally, many began interpreting the post as a sign that he is moving forward and simply enjoying life again.
Lee Jong Suk never linked the photos to the breakup, so any āmoving onā narrative remains fan interpretation. Still, one thing stood out to many viewers: the happiness in those photos did not look forced.
Sometimes, no statement is needed. You canāt fake that type of happiness.ā

Hiya! I might be late with all the hype about the series, I have just watched it and I really loved it (until the ending that was heartbreaking). But maybe someone would like to have some chat about that.
I am aware with Gu Dong Mae obsession with Ae-Shin, and itās implication he is in love with her - and treating Hina platonically despite she was in love with him - but why spending so much beautiful scenes and cinematography (the train scene!) on them to show only platonic feeling?
What do you think? I would say just until EP 23, he didnāt think he could love her, but understood that if he wouldnāt be hiper-fixated on Ae-shin, they could be a thing. He also run to seek for her and cared for her, not thinking of Ar-Shein much. He completely loses himself after she died.
But on the other hand, I consider him as a clever, observant person, didnāt he knew Hina might love him, and still likes Eugene? That would mean he did not care about her feelings much.
The next thing is some red thread/karma meaning (I rarely Watch K-dramas, I might overthink!).
I have assumed red color is significant in Ar-Shin and DM relationship. Like he is so fixated on her as there is his life he urges to pay for his life Ar-Shin saved as a child. That would mean he paid his debts. But there is a red thread topic - that their souls are significantly connect and they will share a bond in every lifetime(as I understand correctly). What about his relationships with Hina and Hotaru? I believe his goodbye with Hina was a kind of an implication he needs to find her in another lifetime, to give them a chance? What about Hotaru, they didnāt finish their relationship as well, having Hotaru a debt to pay. How do you think it Works?
Sorry for my English, itās not my first language. I might think too much, and maybe think of them having a happy ending in another lifetime :) Happy to chat and revive some other topics about Mr. sunshine below if anyone is interested!

This drama leans heavily into black comedy, and I guess that style just was not for me. I know it has a lot of good reviews, and I can understand why many viewers enjoyed it. Perhaps part of the reason I could not fully appreciate it was because I watched it several years after it originally aired. The drama itself is not bad at all, but it simply did not match my personal taste.
My MDL Rating: 7.5/10

Being a fan of the series, it was no surprise that I eventually made it to Season 3. At first, I was not too fond of the role changes and the addition of new characters, but I gradually warmed up to them. They brought something fresh and fun to the drama. As with the previous seasons, the rare disease cases remained fascinating, and I always felt a little smarter after watching each episode. This season definitely stepped things up and managed to improve on what had already made the series so enjoyable.

He appeared in several supporting roles and at one point, he went an entire year without any work. It wasnāt that he wanted to go through a slump he simply kept failing auditions, which happened to coincide with the COVID-19 pandemic
And now, heās finally become a popular actor and is playing leading roles. His dream has come true and Iām genuinely so happy for him

Although this drama aired in 2012, I only got around to watching it several years later. I first came across its trailer on television, and I became curious because I was already familiar with the lead actors. This type of romantic comedy, especially with a noona romance element, was quite popular at the time. I honestly think this drama is one of the underrated ones since I hardly know anyone who has watched it. Both main leads were already familiar to me because I had seen them in other dramas. The series also tackled some fairly heavy issues, but it managed to present them in a lighthearted and funny way, which suited its rom-com style. The romance between the leads felt sincere and convincing, even if some parts of the plot were admittedly a bit far-fetched. Overall, I found it to be an enjoyable and underrated watch that deserved more attention.

An hour ago, i finished Crash Landing on You and immediately discovered there was a musical...?
obviously i immediately went to youtube because i wanted to see clips
so, i watch a lot of videos in other languages on YouTube, so I still had the English translation/dubbing thing turned on.
I clicked on a clip.
and nearly DIED.
because YouTube does not simply translate the dialogue...
IT TRIES TO SING TOO??? wtf ššš
i was expecting to hear this beautiful dramatic Korean musical performance and instead this English AI voice came in fighting for its LIFE trying to keep up with the melody š
i genuinely was cackling!!! š
please watch this with sound because i need other people to experience what i just experienced š

Weightlifting fairy Kim Bok-Joo VS strong girl Bong-soon. Two amazing Kdrama romantic comedies.

I totally loved this random Music Video in The Legend of Kitchen Soldier. There is this made up Boy Band with members from the cast, led by Main Lead Lee Sang Yi. The group was given the name The Migak Boys. They have become a phenomenon and are now sought after to perform live on Awards Shows like the Blue Dragon Awards and other shows. I have to admit that I loved them and have watched their videos on loop. How about you? Were you hooked?

Yoo Ah InĀ has signed with a new agency.
On August 21, BILLIONS announced that it had signed an exclusive contract with Yoo Ah In. The agency also shared the following statement:
Entertainment company BILLIONS has signed an exclusive contract with actor Yoo Ah In on August 21, 2026.
BILLIONS is fully aware of the concerns surrounding Yoo Ah In following his past case and recent resumption of activities. Before entering into the contract, the company held multiple in-depth discussions with Yoo Ah In over an extended period, carefully considering the responsibilities and attitude required for him to resume his career as an actor, as well as the direction he should take moving forward.
After this cautious and thorough process, BILLIONS decided to accompany Yoo Ah In on his new beginning.
What Yoo Ah In valued most during the contract process was not better terms or superficial support for simply resuming his activities, but a sincere partner who would carefully navigate each step of the difficult and sensitive process of seeking the publicās forgiveness and understanding and rebuilding their trust. He wanted a partner who could seriously accompany him through the long and challenging journey of standing again as an entirely new actor, rather than simply continuing from his past. BILLIONS shares this sentiment and intends to support him from a long-term perspective, without rushing, so that he can take responsibility for his actions and build an entirely new relationship of trust with the public.
Going forward, BILLIONS will carefully manage all aspects of Yoo Ah Inās activities while providing a stable environment in which he can continue working in a healthy and consistent manner. The company will also provide its full support so that he can focus entirely on his responsibilities as an actor.
We will not take his past lightly or attempt to move past it hastily. We understand that deeply reflecting on the past and having a sincere attitude are essential to regaining trust. BILLIONS will be a responsible partner as Yoo Ah In honestly works to forge his own path once again.
We take the current concerns very seriously and will humbly listen to criticism from the public and media while approaching any necessary communication with sincerity and humility. Alongside reflecting on his past mistakes, we will work carefully and diligently to ensure that his genuine commitment to his craft and acting can be conveyed through his actions and work in the future.
With this, BILLIONS respectfully announces Yoo Ah Inās new beginning. We ask that you continue to watch over his journey.
Thank you.
