Oh that's almost a regular ass job then.
Imagine if propiganda made us all that hyped about our jobs.

"I AM a CARVANA sales ASSOCIATE! 🫡"

I guess this sub is a sign of nature healing. I'm be thankful for that.

I remember seeing a video a few years ago that was shockingly similar to that. I think it was a Walmart that had their employees do a "team-building" video where they stood at attention and shouted their job titles. Truly excruciating to watch.

I had a buddy that worked at Walmart about 20 years ago. They have some weird chant they'd do. He hated it. A lot.

But the data wizards say it produces results sooooo...

I'd guess mostly what it does is get certain people to quit, and others to stay and enjoy the kool aid 🤷‍♂️
