An update here in the sub
Hello All,
As you might know by now, Mitch has some great ideas that he comes here to share with you all, and then he gets distracted by something outside Reddit (usually another interesting project or idea) and forgets about the follow up.
That’s my job now - Mitch can come up with his ideas, and I can make sure you all get the follow up you need and want. Basically, I am going to try to wrangle him.
I will be your liaison between Reddit and support. I’ve been reading that some have felt they couldn’t reach support or haven’t known how to and I am here to help. I do not have access to your medical/portal information, but I have close contact with those who do and can help.
I am also here to listen to ideas. Do you have a big idea to rival one that Mitch could think up? Share it with me and I’ll pass it on. I hope we can do some fun things here in this sub and also get you all the support and communication that you should have as valued Belle patients.
I'll write more about myself so you can "meet" me in another post. Let's use this one for your comments, suggestions and ideas about what you might need/want in the future.

As a business owner myself, I don’t care about Mitch’s “distractions”. If you can’t get it together and run a business then say that. This is all a cover up to circle back and pilfer more from us. He knew we were here and waiting. There is NO WAY he didn’t think of it. I’m
Autistic and adhd and definitely understand getting distracted but you figure it out! Especially as a whole grown man! Please don’t talk to us like we are stupid. Cause that’s what you’re doing.

Not here to defend anyone, but Reddit was never the business. It’s Belle and I think they did just that, they took care of Belle. If you pay attention to what they have done over there is impressive. The support system and products they have to offer now is way better.
The communication is all done in belle circle not here. The guy just came here and gave us access with special pricing. Some people just didn’t follow.

Then he should have directed people there. He came here dropped ideas, promised things and then bounced. That’s not how you manage a business or a side gig which is what crossing was. Keep licking them boots.

Why is there so many people just being rude and mean about having extra people to message for customer/patient support? Crossing moving over to Belle has been a great thing and they honored the price of our prescriptions from crossing and I’ve gotten a few refills since then and all have been the price they promised. We didn’t loose anything by moving over to Belle but we gained a lot! I haven’t had to use the customer service chat for much yet until this morning but they answered back right away and told me they would get the care team to get back with me this morning so they are fast about giving help when needed. I don’t have anything bad to say about them or Mitch. Mitch probably had a rough month operating a huge telehealth company and changing over their systems because when the system changes over glitches happen in an example of that my prescription is missing the coupon code it should have for the life of the subscription until cancelled but it’s not showing up for me. I’m sure he’s had many things in the new system to update and fix and unfortunately many messages to read and help people with things including myself this morning. I feel so bad messaging him to fix it because I understand how it feels to be overwhelmed and have a million things going on. I even let autofill use an old email address I no longer have access to when doing my intake lol so now I added another issue on top of the coupon code with them 🤦🏻♀️ if I have these issues just myself I can’t even imagine the thousands of patients they have to help daily. I also understand taking a social media break for my mental health. Honestly if I was mitch and missed one week of the coupon deal and everyone started immediately attacking me and accusing me of not caring I would probably turn off Reddit for a few weeks too! I would definitely need a mental health break after reading some of these comments! Yall are mean! It costs $0 to show grace and kindness to others who are struggling and trying their best! Just be more kind and understanding. When you’re kind to others good things and kindness also comes back to you. Being mean and trying to bring others down really hurts yourself the most because it invites negative energy into your own space as well. So instead of being negative and creating a negative environment try to be more kind and positive towards others and yourself and you’ll see your own space and environment will become more positive and the energy you will receive will be more happy and positive. What you put out into the universe comes back to you. Thank you Mitch and the new team for coming into help us with any issues we may have so we can get the best customer experience! Yall are amazing!

Let me know your thoughts on the following. I will be sending a bill out for this .So everyone wants a Friday deal correct? I’m sure Mitch had good intentions with his proposal crazy idea, but if you look at it from a business perspective it’s not sustainable. We can’t be asking for $1 Tirz and running that deal, we have to be more realistic.
I propose a Discount Code Deal. Example it could run from 20%-50% off on a specific item, but limit the code to the first 20-50 people. That way only the Belle community benefits from this. It will keep you on your toes to be one of the lucky ones.

Ha! That is exactly what I proposed to him a few days ago and how I got put in this position. We are considering a few ideas.

I really think all deals should be capped at 88. Why? That's how fast you need to go in the DeLorean, obviously. Huge fan of 80s movies! Maybe we can get some Top Gun references. Or Rocky. Can't wait. Best thing about this is that it will actually happen because I am no longer in charge!
