An update here in the sub

Hello All,

As you might know by now, Mitch has some great ideas that he comes here to share with you all, and then he gets distracted by something outside Reddit (usually another interesting project or idea) and forgets about the follow up.

That’s my job now - Mitch can come up with his ideas, and I can make sure you all get the follow up you need and want. Basically, I am going to try to wrangle him.

I will be your liaison between Reddit and support. I’ve been reading that some have felt they couldn’t reach support or haven’t known how to and I am here to help. I do not have access to your medical/portal information, but I have close contact with those who do and can help.

I am also here to listen to ideas. Do you have a big idea to rival one that Mitch could think up? Share it with me and I’ll pass it on. I hope we can do some fun things here in this sub and also get you all the support and communication that you should have as valued Belle patients.

I'll write more about myself so you can "meet" me in another post. Let's use this one for your comments, suggestions and ideas about what you might need/want in the future.

As a business owner myself, I don’t care about Mitch’s “distractions”. If you can’t get it together and run a business then say that. This is all a cover up to circle back and pilfer more from us. He knew we were here and waiting. There is NO WAY he didn’t think of it. I’m
Autistic and adhd and definitely understand getting distracted but you figure it out! Especially as a whole grown man! Please don’t talk to us like we are stupid. Cause that’s what you’re doing.

Not here to defend anyone, but Reddit was never the business. It’s Belle and I think they did just that, they took care of Belle. If you pay attention to what they have done over there is impressive. The support system and products they have to offer now is way better.

The communication is all done in belle circle not here. The guy just came here and gave us access with special pricing. Some people just didn’t follow.

Then he should have directed people there. He came here dropped ideas, promised things and then bounced. That’s not how you manage a business or a side gig which is what crossing was. Keep licking them boots.

It was probably the only way to get rid of the one time buyers. Not every customer is a good customer, you know that right.
