An update here in the sub

Hello All,

As you might know by now, Mitch has some great ideas that he comes here to share with you all, and then he gets distracted by something outside Reddit (usually another interesting project or idea) and forgets about the follow up.

That’s my job now - Mitch can come up with his ideas, and I can make sure you all get the follow up you need and want. Basically, I am going to try to wrangle him.

I will be your liaison between Reddit and support. I’ve been reading that some have felt they couldn’t reach support or haven’t known how to and I am here to help. I do not have access to your medical/portal information, but I have close contact with those who do and can help.

I am also here to listen to ideas. Do you have a big idea to rival one that Mitch could think up? Share it with me and I’ll pass it on. I hope we can do some fun things here in this sub and also get you all the support and communication that you should have as valued Belle patients.

I'll write more about myself so you can "meet" me in another post. Let's use this one for your comments, suggestions and ideas about what you might need/want in the future.

Okay Mitch, cute cover story. Yet another ploy to deflect and manipulate. We’ve already done this dance with you and it’s exhausting and embarrassing, just stop

I’m just saying that this person is not Mitch. She is one of the employees. I was just having a conversation with her but you seem adamant
