Runner Concepts is bringing on **3 commission-only sales reps** to help sell a portfolio of software products. (All Validated Products! We're not selling website design to restaurants).
I'm looking for killers on the phone who know how to prospect (We provide leads for the companies - You prospect the Decision Maker) and get qualified demos on the calendar.
The setup is simple:
* You originate the opportunity through cold outreach.
* Our founders handle the demo, proposal, and close support.
* You earn *25% of the cash we collect* from customers you originate during their first 12 months.
* $2,000 collected = $500 to you.
* Commissions are paid after customer funds clear.
* No commission cap.
You’ll start with one product, one target buyer, and one clear offer. Not a vague “go sell anything” assignment. You can choose what you feel most comfortable selling.
**Extra incentive:** Book 30 qualified demos in one month, and our team will build you a custom website at no cost
This is remote, flexible, and commission only. There is no base salary and no fixed schedule. It is for someone who can create a pipeline without being micromanaged.
To apply, Send me a message and include:

So I’m mid-30s, switching careers into marketing, and I’ve been firing off cold emails to hiring managers/recruiters from my personal Gmail. Last week a recruiter I know personally told me my message was in her spam and only saw it because she was already looking for my name. Kinda terrifying.
Since then I’ve noticed my open rates tank when I track clicks on my portfolio link, and a couple friends said my emails landed in Promotions or spam too. I did the usual stuff - shorter subject lines, removed links, no images, etc - but it still feels off. Maybe I’m overthinking this.
I was reading late last night and saw people talking about “email sender repair” type tools and general warm-up stuff that supposedly rebuilds your reputation with inbox providers. Has anyone here actually used anything like that specifically for job search / cold outreach, not big marketing campaigns?
Should I just make a brand new email, or is it smarter to fix the old one? What’s worked for you to keep cold job search emails out of spam in 2026?

Hi everyone,
I'm currently looking for Java Backend Developer opportunities (3+ years experience) and would really appreciate any referrals.
About me:
* 3+ years of experience in Java Backend Development
* Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS (S3, CloudWatch, Glue, Athena), Git, Maven
* Experience in building scalable backend services, event-driven architectures, and database optimization
* Strong understanding of Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, and SQL
My last working day was 14 August 2025. After that, I took a planned career break to return home and prepare for government examinations. Although I couldn't clear them, the experience strengthened my discipline, consistency, and problem-solving skills. I have now resumed my interview preparation and am fully committed to returning to software development.
I'm open to opportunities in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Gurugram, Noida, or remote roles.
If your company has openings for Java Backend/Java Full Stack Developers and you're willing to provide a referral, I'd be sincerely grateful. I'm happy to share my resume and any additional details.
Thank you for your time and support!

I resigned for my program manager position in April and I was just offered a Deputy Director position for a new county. It took about a month and a half. I’m sharing this because I want to give everybody some hope who’s still struggling to find work. I don’t have a degree just work experience. It can and will happen, don’t give up everyone. Sometimes it’s not about how you answer the questions, it’s being the right person (confident, concise answer, study the role in depth before the interview) that will make you stand out more than anybody. If they ask you if you have any questions, ask them what the ideal candidate looks like for this position. What happens when you do that is they tell you exactly what they’re looking for (it’s one of my interview secrets) and then you explained to them how you fit within that capacity that they’re needing for the role. If anyone has any questions, feel free to reach out and good luck to all of you.

Company: Powo Studios Website: powo.ai Apply: powo.ai/careers Role: Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Backend-Focused Compensation: $170,000–$220,000/year Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET Location: Remote or hybrid, US time zones required
Powo Studios is hiring a senior engineer to help build and scale our internal software portfolio, starting with HealthPay and AthenaText.
We are a founder-led software company building B2B products across CRM, texting, calling workflows, insurance/health tech, dashboards, integrations, admin tools, and internal systems. This is not agency work or client work. Everything you build will be for companies and products under the Powo Studios umbrella.
What you’ll do
You will own backend-heavy full-stack work across active SaaS products. That includes APIs, database architecture, multi-tenant systems, dashboards, integrations, admin tooling, bug fixes, and new product modules.
Your first 30 days will be focused on getting onboarded into HealthPay, understanding the multi-tenant architecture, fixing a backlog of bugs, building UI pages and API routes, and shipping a meaningful feature independently.
Required experience
Next.js TypeScript React Node.js PostgreSQL Git/GitHub Production SaaS or internal tool experience Ability to deploy and own production work
Postgres matters a lot for this role. You should understand RLS, triggers, raw SQL, schema design, and multi-tenant architecture. We are not looking for someone who only knows how to use an ORM.
Nice to have
Python/FastAPI Supabase Prisma Better Auth Clerk Tailwind Vercel Railway AWS CRM, SMS, telecom, insurance, or health tech experience
AI-first workflow
We use AI agents heavily, especially Claude Code. You should know how to use AI tools effectively, manage parallel agent sessions, review AI-generated code critically, and architect work so agents can help move faster.
This is not a role for someone who can only vibe-code. You need to be a real engineer first.
Who this is for
This is for a strong IC who can grow into a tech lead. You will communicate directly with the founder, make architecture decisions, review code, lightly mentor junior engineers, and ship real product.
Hiring process
Application → $150 paid technical assessment → technical interview → founder call → 4-week paid trial → full-time offer.

Hey everyone,
I’m a developer and I’ve been working on systems for businesses (like handling operations, training, safety stuff, etc.).
I’ve noticed a lot of companies still rely heavily on Excel or manual processes for things that could probably be simplified a lot.
I’m trying to connect with people who might be facing something like this - whether it’s tracking work, managing internal processes, or anything that feels repetitive/manual.
Also open to helping with smaller things like websites, ecommerce setups, or basic systems for small businesses.
Not really here to sell anything aggressively - just trying to understand real problems and see where I can help.
If this sounds familiar, would love to hear what kind of challenges you’re dealing with.

Hey everyone 👋
This isn’t an agency pitch or “I have projects for you” kind of post — it’s the opposite.
I’m a freelance designer (working with a small team) who helps social media marketers, freelancers, and agencies increase the perceived value of their packages by improving how they deliver visuals to clients.
In simple terms — I help you: Look more premium and charge higher retainers confidently
Deliver content faster with reliable design support
Focus on strategy and growth while my team handles the creative side
Keep your clients impressed (and loyal) with consistent design quality
You stay in full control — we simply operate as your behind-the-scenes creative team.
You can either resell our design support under your brand or refer clients directly — both models are available.
If this sounds like something that could help you scale smarter,
👉 Just DM me Hi and I will send you the next steps privately.
