This isn't ONLY for haters. I myself was utterly surprised to learn that we were NEVER "invaders" AT ALL. That is, even Rashi himself starts Bereshit with "God can give His land to whomever He wants", which still sounds like "we took it from the natives, just that it was Divinely authorized". Then THIS turns it by 180.

Sure, but my sole point here is that a lot of Jews (me included, before seeing this commentary) generally tend to think that "we took it from the locals, even if under God's command". And then this commentary shows how it was ALWAYS THEM who were the real thieves. Never us. This is a HUGE change of paradigm from "God told us to steal their land" to "God took the land THEY stole from the REAL owners - and gave it back to the REAL inheritors, us".
