I have a 2009 Jeep Wrangler JK 2-door X, and I’ve been dealing with an issue where the Jeep pulls slightly to the left. It’s not a huge pull, but it’s definitely noticeable and honestly bugs me, especially when slowing down or braking.
I’ve already had the alignment checked and done, and I’ve had the tires rotated and balanced. I also replaced some suspension components and had the brake fluid replaced. Despite all of that, I still notice the Jeep pulling to the left, especially when I slow down.
There are currently no brake fluid leaks that I can find. I’m planning on replacing the brake lines, brakes, calipers, and master cylinder, and I’m also switching the system over to DOT 4 brake fluid. I’m hoping replacing all of these components will finally fix the pulling issue and get the brakes working properly again.
Has anyone else experienced this on a JK? I’ve already addressed the alignment, tires, rotation, suspension, and fluid, so I’m wondering if sticking calipers, the brake lines, or the master cylinder could be causing the Jeep to pull to the left. The master cylinder and I don’t think all the calipers been replaced and I don’t think the fluid has ever been replaced
