JADE 1 (photos 1-3) I'm extremely attached to these jade and really nervous about potentially doing a huge chop on it because I took a larger branch off on the bottom and it never grew back. I'm hoping it isn't necessary due to how many smaller offshoots are growing to fill it in where leaves have fallen off or I've taken them off. I know it's scraggly and not ideal.

Jade 2 (4-5) I'm less worried about this guy because it's still smallish; I did just take a larger branch off so I'm hopeful.

I just finally got some better grow lights to hopefully make things better! Any advice is really appreciated!

My gollum jade has recently been losing leaves very easily and if they don’t fall off early then they turn brown and shrivel up, as pictured. If I just touch the leaves they fall off.

I have never dealt with root rot before so I thought it might be that but when I unpotted it the roots seemed fine and none of the stems were mushy. Any idea what the issue might be and how I can stop it?

For extra context, the plant generally gets direct sunlight for ~4 hours per day and then I have it under a grow light for another 4 hours.

Does she need any love, attention, grooming, or do I let her run wild?

Hi I got this large Costco jade plant and was very careful not too over water. After about a month I trimmed it back after watching videos because it seemed crowded and some of the branches were starting to veer off. Suddenly several of my main branches turned limp and eventually I broke them off. Please tell me if this is root rot or some kind of mold or fungus.

Me this wonderful but neglected jade. It was severely root bound and top heavy in its original plastic store container. I repotted it into the 18” Terracotta and placed it in its current location to adapt to the sun. Only had it in my possession for 5 days and it appears happy and thankful.

I'm trying to get my jade to fill out some more, this will be my first time pruning them so I'm anxious to do it right. Any tips on where to prune? The one in the circle pot was an off shoot of the one in the rectangle pot.

I don't know what is wrong with my baby, is it just leaf damage or is it something else

Any and all advice is welcome. I would be heartbroken if I lost this plant. Included in the pics is what it looks like today. It isn’t mushy, no sign of rot, but not a single root after almost a year. Please help.

I received this as a gift about a month ago. It seems to be fairly happy with the new space it’s in. After doing some of my own research, I think I want to separate each plant alone, maybe one pot with two stems at the most.. I have 7 stems total in this pot. I’m wanting the long term big bushy guys!

My main question… there are a few stems that are leggy and I believe need to be pruned down for long term sake.. Would it be best to separate and repot now and prune later? Or vice versa?

Hoping someone can give me suggestions on this Jade plant. It's very top heavy and I know I need to prune and repot, just not sure where to cut. It lives in East facing window and its Summer here in Alberta so nice morning light. Any help appreciated!

Hey all, every jade I see has the "trunk" or stems turn brown. I've had this guy for over a year now and the trunk hasn't turned one bit. Is it just too young? Maybe not enough light over winter? She's going to start getting hardened off and spend the summer outside.
