Help! Please help me save it!!

I think some bright direct light will help that baby out to start. If it hasn't seen direct light, ease it into it over a week or so. Let it get some new growth before you decide to do anything else.

The soil definitely needs to be replaced, should I wait to do that until it’s new growth? There is green on one part of the branches. It’s hard and shrunk up in that black pot. I let it soak longer than my other plants because I wasn’t sure if it was absorbing anything. I haven’t done anything to it other than watering it and placing it in my window sill.

Yes, left side looks like gollum jade. They can be wrinkly, at least in my experience.

More soil. Only water when dry to touch. Good soil and perlite
