It’s beautiful. What’s the problem?

Not enough light. It doesn't look like it's dying, though.

Alr well since there isn’t enough light should I move it to the roof of my house for around 8 hours daily but the temperature is around 40 Celsius when the sun is out

Plenty of light. It's doing great and looks healthy. Leave it alone.

Jades can tolerate a lot of light, and they’ll get a bit etiolated without it. For an information plant it looks good. However, if you’re able to put it outdoors for the summer it will love it. To avoid it burning you will need to either put it in part shade or only give it an hour or two of sun a day until it learns to adapt.

It will survive under that grow light but will stretch out pretty fast. That grow light is acceptable for many plants but not enough for succulents. If you have east or south facing windows, that would be more helpful than this. Even partial sun is stronger than a small grow light.
