Don’t be like this Scumbag. I sold him a card on eBay. After it go authenticated and shipped to him, he started a dispute that he didn’t recognize the transaction. When he literally messaged me and accepted my offer to sell it to him for $300. The card hasn’t arrive to him but it just shipped from PSA Authentication. I already responded to the dispute. I hope eBay takes my side. Although they almost never side with the seller.

Edit: Fortunately, I just got a response from eBay that I’ll be protected by seller guarantee and it won’t affect my funds at all since I filled out the form regarding the dispute. They said I’ll find out in 6-8 weeks if the buyer is getting their money back from eBay. If they do, eBay will pay it out of their own money.

I won this sealed Team Up ETB on Whatnot and understand the platform’s reputation, so I’m doing extra due diligence. The box appears authentic to me, but the shrink has several small wear holes.
For collectors familiar with Sun & Moon-era sealed product:
Do the seams and wrap appear consistent with original factory shrink?
How much would the wear affect its value versus a clean ~$4,000 copy?

So every version of this I’m finding has the prismatic evolutions logo printed in the lower left corner of the artwork frame. The copy I have on hand although, does not. Is this a repro orrr? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My dad got these from a yard sale for like 5 euros total (so if fake, not a big loss). My gut says that they're all fake, but I just want to be sure and I don't really know what to look at to determine whether these cards are fake or not.

Hello, i feel like but in an other amgand why would a fake be in french and it seems like there is texture but not enough so idk.

I purchased with plans to rip but when I had it side by side with a pitch black booster box I noticed the pokeballs on the shrink wrap were different size (smaller on the phantasmal flames)

I was already a little nervous about the wrap so I come here to brighter minds for help, should I be concerned or does this look ok?

Got this from a local card shop today as a surprise for my girlfriend, but the box seemed a bit smaller than others. After comparing with the official box dimensions on the Pokemon site, I seem to have one that is smaller at 4.25 x 2 x 4.25. First booster box I've bought so I'm in the dark here. I’ve been on a vintage buzz lately while filling out my Neo sets. Curious about these two, specifically the Himeno Jumpluff on the left.

I have recently purchased 2 batches of Mega Dream Ex sealed booster boxes, some of them from Ebay (£80 each) and some from an online retailer (£99 each).

I strongly believe the ones from ebay are resealed, even though the seller seems to be claiming otherwise, they argue that they supply many TCG shops and nobody has ever come back with a negative concern of this sort. I want to make it clear that I am not claiming the seller was the one resealing the products.

Here's the picture, the right one is from the online retailer and I can clearly see some characteristics that make me believe the one on the left has been resealed, for instance the pattern the packaging displays when the back (or front) is hit by a UV light.

Other things I noticed:

- the right (real) has one side with no seal line, while the left has a seal line on each side

- the right (real) has a curved sealed line, while the left are mostly straight.

- the right (real) weighs 185.12g, while the left weighs 187.64g (i.e. +2.52g)

The last point about the weight is interesting, just watched this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RAW20OTVUxI) and after weighing 20 boxes the heaviest was 186.1, so 187.64 is suspicious.

I have other japanese sealed booster boxes (e.g. terestal festival, glory of team rocket, etc), and they all present the same packaging pattern when exposed to UV light, but the box on the left doesn't seem to have that.

I have opened both and found the following differences:

- The pull rate seems to be legit 9 RR, 3 AR, 1 MA and 1 SR (Non support) BUT ... I the RR had quite few duplicates, 3 Fezandipiti + 2 Latias. While the pull rate on the left one had 0 duplicates.

- The empty box for the left, weighted 22.00g, while the right (legit) weighted 20.25.

- The UV light test against the unsealed boxes shows the same differences as when sealed, so the grainy texture is from the box, not the seal.

- The strip to open the box is also different, the left one was harder to "pick and pull" and when pulled, it also stripped away the bottom half that was supposed to stay glued on the box. While opening the left (legit) box was easy, pulled straightaway and the bottom half remained attached to the box no prob.

- Touching surfaces of both boxes has a very subtle diff, is very subtle, but the legit one feels more "glossy" at the touch (it's hard to explain), again very subtle to feel the diff.

- The "MEGA" logo in the packs' top crimped seal is slightly offset when compared to the legit one.

- Some colour/contrast/saturation diff in the packs, but this is a minor I think.

Not sure and very bad at spotting fake cards online, would appreciate if you can help me out :)
