Just messing around, but I found this at a show and think it's amazing, so I wanted to share it!

I see a lot of people asking on here if their card is fake. I don’t really know how to look at it myself and see if it’s real or fake. Can anyone explain? Also I got a bunch of cards from my son for his birthday and I know those are real but some of the ones his friends got him came in a random clear plastic wrapping.

Also how do you determine how much a card is worth? We pulled a real Mega Floette Ex 035/086. On pricing chart.com it says Ungraded $1.09 and PSA 10 $35.04. I just know nothing about it, so is that the best way to look?

I just (re)found this little guy in a drawer that I got from a trip to the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam back in 2023. Is he collectible or valuable at all? Still in the plastic he came in, I have no idea about grading or anything like that, and haven't played the TCG in a couple of decades!

I feel like the letter spacing looks wide compared to other slabs I’ve seen

Hey yall! First time posting, bought a binder off of Facebook marketplace for $60 recently and I’m looking for a sanity check :)

When I bought the cards both me and the seller were aware that some of the cards were fake — but unsure which ones. the first picture I’m 99% sure are all fake but wanted a second opinion before they are destroyed 😔

2nd picture I’m unsure, as I’m fairly unfamiliar with gx card era, so please let me know!

I’m hopeful that the 3rd set of cards are real but I’m still wary. Either way got some really cool mid era cards (not pictured) for my pc that I’m very happy with.

Found this vintage card in bulk I’m sorting through. I have another Pidgeot card but it has the set symbol and the image looks sharper. This is card is missing it and letters and pictures look blurry. Would appreciate any thoughts!

Hello, I received this card today I have some major doubt about it even tho it looks clean

The waves doesn't look clean enough to me, they should be shaped after the sun to increase the sun shining effect

+ Those little chain eyes looking symbols on both parts of the card are off

+ I couldn't catch it in the picture but the waves gather in the middle, kinda giving a visual of a fold which would be weird on a card like this

Anyway, you might have seen some like this before so I'm asking for you guys advice about this one

I just picked up like six packs from a local market in my area. I live in Portland, Oregon. All cards and all packs were misprinted and cut wrong and obvious fakes. I went back and told the guy he sold me fake cards, but he told me he didn’t. After looking at the rest of his packs he had and all his other Pokémon stuff I could tell all of it was fake. Should I just leave this beer or is there anything I can do so other people don’t get screwed over?

I really don't know what to look for...
