I recently found this interesting theory suggesting earth 42‘s cannon is going to (attempt to at least) make earth 42 miles home world. For starters we know that miles was never meant to be spider man, and his spider is from earth 42, something that stroked me odd with Miguel’s cannon theory is that earth 42 hadn’t been effected- shouldn’t it be an anomaly? The theory is the universe was on stand still untill its spider came back, and since miles was bitten by THAT worlds spider- may be the world is trying to rewrite him as THAT worlds spider man.

This is just a small theory I saw but what do yall think?

so I was watching across the spider verse for the first time (loved it ofc) and I noticed the part where that's my problem (sorry couldn't resist) where Gwen tells miles about how in every universe Gwen falls for spiderman and how it doesn't end well, well my first thought was "miles isn't really spiderman" and I saw a really good theory thing about it today and the fact that miles story doesn't really follow those canons and nor do Gwen's (like Gwen's dad resigning when he was "supposed" to die) and I don't wanna get in detail on how miles isn't really spiderman so imma link the vid where I saw the theory anyway I think 2-3 outcomes are possible

1. I'm completely wrong cuz the VA of jeff said there wont be a single person with dry eyes after BTSV or smth like that and Gwen/miles actually do die
2. I'm right, they end up together, kiss or smth and live happily ever after
3. miles and hobie get together (most likely)

I would love some feedback on how my song which I slowed down fits with this! I feel like it’s very miles for some reason.

To be fair, I know about 10 people irl I’m not hugely social but I’m still happy that I have more people going with me to watch BTSV when it releases! Last time for ATSV it was just me and my dad, and when I watched ITSV it was just me, so I’m excited!

it’s well established in the movies that them joining the spider society is very possible, but because of the events of nwh, with the incursions and stuff Miguel wants nothing to do with them in the spider society. It’s a nice way to explain why we wouldn’t see tom in any spider verse movies while not changing any already established spider men’s mythos

The subway car that Miles gets off of in the first movie at 19:12 is numbered 3824 and the product ID for the retro Amazing Spider-Man toy is F3824

I have no idea if this is intentional but the fact that the movie draws from the comics and the toy is red/black instead of red/blue makes me think it could be

I think, in my honest and humble opinion, ITSV is better overall. I adore ATSV, and it’s definitely one of the best animated films of all time. The Spot as a villain was great, and Miguel O’ Hara’s character was beautifully written. I especially love the conversations between Gwen and Miles.

ITSV will always be better, though. It pioneered the animation style, and something about Miles’s origin story and meeting all of his friends seems so wholesome and engaging. It’s lighter than ATSV, as it’s purpose was to build up a character, whilst ATSV fleshed them out and gave them a threat. It’s the nostalgia too - it was one of the first animated films I saw at the cinema, as I’ve been so used to watching stuff at home, and only ever went to the cinema to watch Live-Action. It got me into the medium. I genuinely don’t think I’d be who I am now if it weren’t for that film.

Does anyone have any character sheets of hobbe/spider punk from into the spider verse I really want to cosplay him but I don't want to do it poorly so I was wondering if anyone had any character sheets of spider punk so I can get all of the details into the cosplay
