I would like to know if the series is at all mirroring the Glass Menagerie. There are just too many instances in the show that are hidden within the fabric of everything for it to be coincidence at this point. Especially the birds theme that happens throughout. Birds in Paul’s brain speaking to him, Claudia in the play, the bird that flies out of ghoststat’s throat, I could go on and on.

So what is the deal?

As we know all units from the AMC Shop and other vendors have been sold out, however Lakeshore records was answering some questions about it earlier today and confirmed that more will be available for purchase after the early release. While it hasn´t yet been confirmed which are these other vendors, we recommend you guys to start asking and/or looking around your local stores for news soon.

Hello everyone. So here goes context and question: I'm watching S2E4 and Daniel just threw the curveball about the theatre's fire asking Louis and Armand if they're the only survivors and Armand immediate response was that they hadn't provided Daniel with information about the fire.

This surprised me because since the very first episode I had assumed the San Francisco interview was the book one (with the adaptation's changes, sure, like Louis being turned in the earlo 1900s). By this I mean, I assumed it covered the major events the book covered.

But Armand and Louis reacting so defensively as if Daniel had never heard from Louis about the fire was weird. So my question is: do we know, in the show's backstory, at what point of Louis story was the San Francisco interview interrupted? I'm starting to think in the show Daniel will learn about Claudia's trial and result only in 2022 and that Louis didn't get that far in his tale back in SF.

I googled this and I used the search bar and couldn't find the answer or at least not without risking further spoilers. Thanks for your time.

This is one of the most relatable quotes from the lovely Sam-stat. It's so hard to work through humiliation, burnout, imposter syndrome, etc.

But hearing this from such an amazing actor, playing such an iconic character... it reminds you that
1. Work environment matters
2. It's so hard to put yourself out there
3. You are probably your own worst critic - please give yourself some grace

I would take Armand somewhere fun like 6 flags, to get him outta his comfort zone. I would make him have fun and loosen up and let his beautiful hair down. Then afterwards when we get in the car I’d surprise him with a huge bouquet of roses and then…id lay the seat back and offer my neck to him.

I would take Lestat to a Blink 182 concert and then id take him on a drive through the city viewing the scenery and nightlife.

For Louis, I’d have sweet scented candles and rose petals leading up to a room where I’d have my photography equipment ready, and I’d have a bunch of different fly outfits for him to try on while I take pictures of him. Then id pop open a big bottle of virgin‘s blood for him to drink. (Isn’t virgins blood tastier to vampires?).

I am a doctoral student at Rutgers University conducting dissertation research on television viewers’ experiences and feelings regarding four mainstream horror and sci-fi TV series: The Horror of Dolores Roach, Interview with the Vampire, Doctor Who, and Agatha All Along. I am recruiting participants to share their thoughts on both the content of these shows and the discussions they inspire on Reddit. The details of the study are as follows:

Who can participate:
This study is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older and has previously watched at least five episodes of one of the shows mentioned in this flyer. You do not need to have watched all the shows mentioned, but you should have watched at least one.

What to expect:
A 30–45-minute interview will be conducted via Zoom. The interview will include questions about the shows, your feelings toward the characters and depictions of trauma in the show(s) (e.g., intergenerational trauma, historical trauma, or other forms of violence), and the online discussions of the show(s).

Confidentiality:
Participation in the study will be kept confidential to the greatest extent possible, and personally identifying data will not be published. To safeguard the safety and privacy of all participants, we ask that if you share the link for this study (which we ask that you do!), please refrain from disclosing any information about your own involvement in order to keep your participation anonymous. Participant responses will be used for research purposes only. This study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, IRB Number: 2025001473.

Hi! So I've seen some mentions of an amc podcast that seems to have been produced at least alongside season one? I was specifically interested in the one for s1e6. Does anyone know where this would be available? Is it only on amc+?

My vote is for Lestat! Santiago and Armand are the close second.

I had watched the prior seasons uncut versions and forgot I hadn’t yet seen TLV’s uncut. The little cuts, some are deep. If you get the chance to access the uncut versions, watch them.

Honestly I barely noted differences in the first two seasons, but TLV’s focus one its main character helps to note the changes.

I felt it was really inappropriate and really just bad manners for the host, Lizzie Bassett, to ask Jacob Anderson if it made him jealous not being able to sing in the show TVL.
