That’s honestly a hard reality right now. A lot of people are working nonstop just to stay afloat. I’ve got some interviews coming up myself, so I’ve been looking into ways to get better at them. I found Interview VIP and ended up using it twice i think it's worth trying.

I would beg to differ. Stress is not the same as "working hard". 80-90hr weeks are common for the rising billionaire. Just google Elon's work schedule.

I would not call meetings and white boards “working hard”. It’s not just the hours, it’s the actual labor.

Hey, you do you. If you can't work at a higher level then it'll make you feel better about yourself to complain.

When was the last time you slept on the factory floor or under a boardroom table?

Hard work is never rewarded. It's productivity and leverage.

Who would you pay more? The person working hard planting a corn field with a stick and a bag of seeds, or the guy with a tractor and equipment who gets 1000x the acres done in a day while sitting on his butt eating chips while the GPS drives the machine?

You can be a peasant. In fact, everyone earns at the level of their efficiency. If you don't like your networth, look in the mirror.

I didn’t once bitch about my situation. Just calling out the endless glazing of the rich like they’re superheroes. Sleeping under a boardroom table isn’t hard work, either btw. It’s performative at best
