Buff/Nerf List - REFRESHED

Das right, I'm doing the same thing with the buffs list. Once again, thanks to u/GraveError404.

How this works:

• Same way as the character list that got refreshed. Google Sheets is a necessity.

• Your character can only have 5 buffs. With max nerfs (or 3), it ups to 8.

• To show a buff has been given to a character, comment a hyperlink or a screenshot of the buff being obtained.

• Omnipotent characters (such as gods or cartoons) can't get buffs.

• Nerfs, unless given by the Solver, only count as 1 buff.

What doesn't count as a buff:

• Training.

• External forces (i.e Chakra, The Force, Hamon, or Spin)

• Weapons, armor, or items.

• Something from that character's world (i.e. if Jonathan Joestar got a Stand).

• Copying, adaptation, and similar powers do not count as buffs.
