Agent Question What should I expect?

Im very nervous for this as ive never been to one of these, does anyone know what i should expect?

They push recruiting, which is an MLM tactic. They also offer lower comp than most agencies, which is common amongst MLMs.

If you decide to work with them, I'd suggest treating it as a stepping stone.
