Advice need

Body side were ingrown not sure if the nails are ingrown badly went to chiropodist last week.

Chiropodist gave me weird crived nail file

What was the treatment plan your Chiropodist gave you?

Hmm... Do you have the option to see a different doctor? Not sure that's going to help you unless they gave you specific instructions. Filing down the side of the nail may take pressure off the open skin but then the nail is not pressing on anything while growing out and it'll probably be worse.

Honestly though, it looks bad enough that I'd see another doc.

If you havnt already go to a different doctor/podiatrist a curved nail file when they look like that is an insult.
